Good stay in central location
Pros:

Overall a good experience. The staff was very nice and helpful, the hotel location is central, and the room was spacious.

Cons:

Cons: the room was on the ground floor and the blackout blinds did not work and were permanently down. So, it was constantly dark. Not an issue per se, as I would have not wanted them up anyway, being on the ground floor. Also, the water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but again not a real problem.

Nice place to stay especially when traveling on the train
Pros:

The hotel is just a short walk to the Amtrak station which was my main consideration for choosing a place. This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel. It's comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the price is good.

Nice area, but facility could use a refresh.

Cons:

The bathroom door didn’t close. Very low water pressure. Mattresses seem old as they were lumpy with pressure holes.

Great location, quiet room aspire the parade outside.

Cons:

Was given a different room type than what I booked. There were stains on the bed sheets and the shower looked as though it had not been cleaned.

シャワーブースの清掃が不十分。排水も悪い。シャワーの水圧があまりにも弱い。シャワーブース全体的に清潔感が無い。朝食は毎日変化なく、補充も遅い。

We would definitely stay here again

We loved that it was in close walking distance to everything especially the convention center

Cons:

The first night our room stayed pretty warm, before we left the next morning. I discussed it with the ladies in the front, they were very nice. Wrote my information down to have the maintenance man check it out. When we returned the next evening, it was even hotter, but the maintenance man was extremely nice and helpful, told them I needed a new room which they transferred me to a new room two doors down and it was wonderful! Everyone was really great and no one‘s fault on the AC. It just comes with the building sometimes.

Great, will stay there in the future.
Pros:

4 blocks south of bus/train station; 6 blocks north of julia street cruise port. St. Charles trolley run right past the hotel. Easy places to eat with walking distance. Beds comfortable. Very clean. Staff was great
