Cons:

Bei meiner Ankunft gegen 22 Uhr war mein gebuchtes Zimmer 175 nicht gereinigt. Die Bettwäsche war schmutzig, überall lagen Haare und ein nasses Handtuch lag noch im Zimmer. Außerdem waren die Informationen zur Schlüsselübergabe bei geschlossener Rezeption unzureichend. Erst nach einem Anruf meiner Freundin bekam ich ein anderes Zimmer. Statt einer Entschuldigung wurde der Mitarbeiter laut und gab mir die Schuld. Ein solches Verhalten ist absolut unprofessionell. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und kann dieses Hotel aufgrund dieser Erfahrung nicht empfehlen.

Für eine Nacht völlig ausreichend
Pros:

+ unkomplizierter Selbst-Checkin auch als Spätanreise, Schlüssel gab es per Sicherheitscode
+ mein Zimmer lag direkt am Fahrstuhl, trotzdem habe ich die Maschinerie nicht gehört
+ für 1 Person ausreichend geräumiges Zimmer
+ Sauberkeit war gut

Cons:

- keine Antwort des Personals auf Fragen bei Booking.com
- bei telefonischer Nachfrage stellte sich der Mitarbeiter nur mit dem eigenen Namen, aber nicht dem des Hotels vor - ich musste also nachfragen, ob ich überhaupt richtig verbunden war
- keine Nachttischlampe im Zimmer, man muss immer vor zur Tür

Gut war das Einchecken, da sehr einfach

Cons:

Waschbecken war undicht, die Dusche war defekt, die Nachttischlampe hatte einen Wackelkontakt, der Fernseher funktionierte nur gelegentlich, es war unheimlich laut

Absolut enttäuschend - so etwas ist Deutschland nicht würdig.
Pros:

- Wir hatten immerhin ein Dach über dem Kopf.
- Die Betten waren angenehm weich.

Cons:

- Gäste mussten teils über 3 Stunden warten, bis sie einen Schlüssel zum Zimmer erhalten haben, obwohl sie innerhalb der Öffnungszeiten angekommen sind.
- Die Betten waren bei der Ankunft nicht gebettet, die Bettbezüge waren dreckig (Haare, Fusel, frische Flecken). Sehr wahrscheinlich hat bereits jemand darin geschlafen.
- Defekte Fenster, sie liessen sich nicht vollständig schliessen.
- Die Sauberkeit allgemein war sehr schlecht, sowohl im Zimmer, als auch im Gang.
- Defekte Möbel
- Zu wenig Toilettenpapier (1/3 Rolle bei Ankunft)
- Die Dusche ist Fehlkonzeption: Regendusche auf 1.50m Höhe, Höhe der Dusche so, dass sich ein 1.80m Mensch die Haare nicht stehend waschen kann. Der Duschvorhang war so kaputt, dass sich das Wasser unweigerlich im Badezimmer verteilte.
- Kleine Duschvorleger anstelle von Dusch-Frotteewäsche.
- Die Zimmertür liess sich von aussen ohne Schlüssel öffnen, man konnte sie einfach aufdrücken.
- Fast auf jedem Stock lag dreckige Wäsche in den Gängen herum, der Lift war damit vollgestopft.
- Die Unterkunft machte ganz generell einen sehr vernachlässigten Eindruck.

Die Schlüsselbox funktionierte nicht, zunächst konnte ich niemanden erreichen. Zum Glück kam gerade ein anderer Gast, der das gleiche Problem hatte und wir konnten dann doch mit einem Angestellten telefonieren.

Quiet room for a couple of nights in Wuppertal
Pros:

The quality-price is good, the bathroom is small but practical, the bedroom is big enough and the bed comfortable. The room was clean and the staff really nice. The street was quiet and calm. Recommended for a couple of days.

Cons:

I received an email with a code for the self check-in but the machine was not working: I called the phone number and it was fixed relatively easy. The room was simple but good, what I did not like is that I could feel a bit a tobacco smell in the room probably from previous guests.
