Cons:

Es war viel zu heiß in dem Zimmer - keine Klimaanlage. Als Frau möchte man auch nicht im ersten Stock mit geteiltem Balkon das Fenster über Nacht komplett aufhaben. Die Hitze stand regelrecht in dem Zimmer trotz alter Ventilatoren

Lack of atmosphere.
Pros:

It was close to the town and a view of the river. Unground parking was good. Ferries near by to go to other towns. Rüdesheim well worth a visit.

Cons:

It didn’t have anywhere to sit and relax and have a drink or food in the evening. There was a chill cabinet to purchase drink from. They offered breakfast at €21-25 pp. I think this hotel is used for conferences as it lacked atmosphere.

Eigentlich das Frühstück. Das Personal, Obst und Wasser frei im Foyer. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, die Lautstärke der Bahn je nach Ausrichtung unterschiedlich.

Cons:

Eigentlich das reichliche Frühstück. Leider gab es am Sonntag - unserem Abreisetag - um kurz vor 10 (Frühstück geht So bis 11) weder eine einzige Brot Art, nur 1 von 4 Brötchen Arten, keine Croissants. Muss (laut Service) alles noch (fertig) gebacken werden. Keine gekochten Eier... Das war die Vortage komplett anders und besser. Die Zimmer sind zum Teil extrem in die Jahre gekommen. Die Teppichböden verschmutzt. Reinigung normal alle 4 Tage. Die Dusche in der rutschigen Badewanne ist nicht zeitgemäß.

Pros:

Tolle Lage direkt an der Uferpromenade

Cons:

Leider war unser Zimmer trotz relativ hoher Rate und augenscheinlich keiner Vollauslastung ein älteres. Badewanne mit duschvorhang, damit kann man leben, aber das Waschbecken um dem Abfluss herum vielfach zersprungen und die Sprünge waren dunkel verfärbt. Die Minibar war am Ablauf mit schwarzen Schimmel verschmutzt. Im Bett fühlte man sich wie in einer Sauna, unter dem Bettlaken muss sich ein Schutz aus Plastik befunden haben.

Die Bäder sind alt, Waschbecken gesprungen. Zimmer mit Balkon Flussblick, war der Blick auf Rückseite eines Anbau. Zimmer alte ursprüngliche Ausstattung oder neue einfache Ausstattung.

Pros:

Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Mitarbeiterin mit den dunklen Haaren im Frühstücksraum war super freundlich.
Die blonde etwas ältere Mitarbeiterin war sehr unfreundlich auch zu den anderen Gästen.

ZB Wenig käse
Um 9.00 uhr schon wurden andere Gäste ziemlich unfreundlich darauf hin gewiesen, nur noch im vorderen teil zu frühstücken ...obwohl bis 10.00 uhr noch Frühstück möglich war.
Es wurden Tische und Stühle geschoben um Vorbereitungen zu treffen.
Das laut und sehr ungemütlich, sogar störend.

Pros:

Die Lage ist toll. Allerdings sind die Zimmer total veraltet und das ganze Hotel müsste dringend renoviert werden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war toll und das Personal dort sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Die Bar war geschlossen und der Raum wird als Fahrradraum genutzt. Ein Zusammensitzen abends mit unserer Gruppe war nicht möglich. Insgesamt total überteuert bei dem Zustand vom Hotel.
