Schöne Lage, Tolles Personal
Pros:

Wunderbares Personal, vor allem Matthias, der uns noch Decken gebracht hat, damit wir am Abend noch länger draußen sitzen konnten =) und uns auch Gläser zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Das wir bis 12:00 Uhr im Zimmer bleiben durften.
Die großzügige Auswahl an Produkten im Bad habe ich selten gesehen, einfach toll. Tolle Lage am Rheinufer für einen Spaziergang.

Nicht viel!
Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück war umfangreich und bot viel Auswahl.
Dennoch überwiegen die negativen Eindrücke.

Cons:

Flussseite heißt nicht, dass der Rhein auch vom Zimmer aus gesehen werden kann! - Wir hatten die entsprechende Seite des Hotels gebucht und einen wunderbare Sicht auf ein Dach. Na gut, dafür war das Zimmer ruhig gelegen. Dennoch kann ich das Hotel nicht positiv bewerten, da es einen massiven Renovierungsstau aufweist. Die Zimmer sind schon sehr runtergekommen und verwohnt. Dafür war das Frühstück durchaus gut und auch die Lage ist hervorragend. Dennoch muss man sich überlegen ob man das so will, oder ob es für den gleichen Preis nicht doch etwas Besseres gibt.

Die Lage mit Blick auf den Rhein, sowohl vom Zimmer aus als auch beim Frühstück, außergewöhnlich gutes Frühstück, alle Räume sehr sauber, Personal sehr freundlich

Die Lage, die Mitarbeitenden, vor allem an der Rezeption und dem Frühstücksservice.

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück, auch das kleine Menü auf der Karte war super!

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist sehr veraltet, teilweise renovierungsbedürftig, Ausstattung eher schlecht.
Steckdosen, Badezimmer, gammliger Teppich, Deckenrisse und muffliger Geruch. (Habe ständig gelüftet, dann ging es)
Preis/Leistung daher fraglich

La habitación era amplia y cómoda. El restaurante tenía variadas opciones de comida, no muy barato, pero pudimos cenar allí, ya q el hotel está medio alejado del centro

Cons:

Rooms without airconditioning is a no go in 2026 at €180/ night and with 37 °C outside. Windows could not be kept open because of the noise level of the trains running by in close proximity and even with windows closed, the noise level was too much. Thus, air inside the room was terrible and far too hot and therefore the rest at night was subpar.
Online communication with the hotel was very difficult and in parts we did not receive any email response. No flexibility with regards to having breakfast with friends and making a group reservation.
