Pros:

Alberto elegante, le stanze sono accoglienti e pulite, ma risultano un po’ piccole rispetto al loro valore; capisco però che a Parigi sia una caratteristica piuttosto comune. Ho apprezzato molto il fatto che ogni giorno venisse lasciata in omaggio una bottiglia d’acqua. Lo staff è accogliente, la posizione è eccezionale e il vano doccia è molto bello.

Cons:

L’unico neo riguarda la colazione. Per chi viaggia per lavoro, iniziare alle 7 può già rappresentare un problema; tuttavia, ciò che è accaduto l’ultimo giorno lavorativo è stato inaccettabile: alle 7:23 non erano disponibili né pane, né caffè, né tè. Ci è stato detto che il personale era uscito ad acquistare il pane fresco e che si trattava dello stesso incaricato della preparazione delle bevande calde. Tuttavia, non è accettabile dover attendere mezz’ora: se la colazione è prevista a partire dalle 7, a quell’ora tutto dovrebbe essere già disponibile, soprattutto in un albergo di questo livello.
Ho inoltre fatto presente che per mancanza di tempo non avevo potuto usufruire della colazione, pur avendola comunque pagata.

Beautiful central charming hotel
Pros:

Excellent location. Impossible to find more central.
Very nice rooms, excellent bed and bathroom. Noise isolation is perfect !
Friendly staff. Very nice breakfast buffet.

Lovely night in Paris
Pros:

Really lovely hotel in a great location. Very friendly front desk. They upgraded my room. The room was nicely appointed and well maintained. I had a great stay.

Pros:

Хорошее расположение, весьма уютный отель.

Cons:

В номере очень холодно, окна выходят в «колодец».
А еще я в первый день забыла в лобби самолетную подушку. Персонал почему-то даже не стал заморачиваться с поиском владельца. Вспомнила, когда уехала.

Hotel with a personal approach
Pros:

Finally a hotel that knows how to apply hospitality down to every detail. Had an incredibly nice stay, spacious suite with a wonderful shower and in the morning a nice breakfast with luxurious local products. Definitely a recommendation and on the list for a next stay.

Perfect for short city break
Pros:

The hotel is in a fantastic location, with a great selection of shops, restaurants, cafes etc close by. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. We are very self-sufficient travellers so this worked perfectly for us.
