Localização e atendimento dos funcionários
Tudo ótimo dentro do esperado ; é a 4a vez que fuçamos neste hotel …
In the middle of the bustle of the 1er arrondissement is this clean, quiet, calm and elegant hotel. The staff is kind and helpful and we loved being able to make our own coffee first thing in the morning!
Great room. Location very central.
Don't bother with Breakfast. So ordinary. No toaster . no pancakes or crepes. no cereal. just so basic.
Upon departure, we were billed twice. After first time we showed where it had come out of our bank. and they still made us pay again.
I like the location and the hotel is nice.
They switched me to larger rooms without asking when I had specifically bought smaller rooms that had views of the street for my parents who couldn't walk that much in the case of them staying at the hotel. I did bring it to attention to staff when I had arrived later in the night but was told the ones I wanted were now booked.
Location was perfect and the staff were helpful. Water was readily available.
The room was rather small and the cost was very high.
Perfect location, perfect combination of more modern facilities and old world charm. Staff was fantastic! Great breakfast too!
Central Location. Clean and reasonably modern hotel.
Rooms on smaller side. Hard to open suitcases. Cleaning staff not so friendly.
The location is incredible! The hotel was neat, clean and fashionably designed. The breakfast was excellent with a wide array of dishes and new items each day. The staff was very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
The location was great, within walking distance to the Louvre and quite close to major landmarks. The hotel room was larger and more comfortable than we expected.
However, the receptionist was a total disaster. On Saturday evening, May 30th, we were heading to Roland Garros and asked the receptionist to call us a taxi. She told us the taxi was on its way and kept us waiting there for ages. Then, she claimed the taxi couldn't make it due to the Champions League Final, which not only wasted our time but also completely ruined our nerves.
When I pointed out that the Champions League Final wasn't being played in Paris and asked why the taxi couldn't come, she mockingly replied, "Because the local team is playing, that's why" :) I said, "Of course I know Paris Saint-Germain is playing in the Champions League Final" :)
I want to strongly complain about this imbecile receptionist. She was incredibly stupid, wasted my time with her condescending look and attitude, and ultimately forced me to go outside and hunt for a taxi myself. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of this lady who almost ruined my otherwise wonderful Paris experience, but they probably all share the same mentality and attitude anyway.
Perfect stay, room size ok, not cheap but excellent, one could start a lot of activities by foot, quit when window is closed,
Silencio para dormir, buena calidad ropa de cama y año, limpio
Nuestra habitación no tenía vista. La ventana daba a un patio cerrado. El barrio donde está ubicado ha perdido su elegancia. Suelo alfombrado no me gusta por ser poco higiénico.
