Great choice for a comfortable stay, especially if you appreciate nature.
Pros:

Spacious immaculate rooms. Not fancy, but very nice.

Great breakfast included, coffee 24/7.

Excellent location for surrounding sights like Lenox and Mt. Greyhold. Every type of store nearby.

Adjacent pond and hiking trails are huge bonuses.

Cons:

Seems understaffed. We had a little trouble getting fresh towels on the second day.

Goed ontbijt, mooie rustige locatie

Cons:

De familiekamer gereserveerd, toch maar voor 2 personen ingerricht. Moesten voor derde persoon achter de handdoelen en kopjes etc. aan. Dat werd toen wel direct opgelost.

Pros:

we were appreciative of the ability to change our room from a 2nd floor walk up to a first floor unit. As older adults it creates a problem when with suitcases we need to walk up flights of stairs. Your staff were great in finding another more appropriate room for us.

Good Breakfast.

Cons:

I reserved five weeks before staying there, but when I checked in they said the main building was full. They put me in an old building across the parking lot. It looked like the main building was nice, but where I stayed was not and very overpriced. I will stay elsewhere next time.

The location was convenient to Tanglewood, but not comfortable in temperatures in the 30s at night.
Pros:

Location was close to the events I attended at Tanglewood. The shower was very hot.

Cons:

I have a milk allergy and am sensitive to gluten. So the cooked oatmeal I rely on at most motel buffets was not palatable. And although there was almond milk, the decaf was not very good either. Plus the wall heater did not adequately warm the room and was too noisy to leave on while sleeping.

Central location, good staff, and an annex building that needs some care and remodeling.
Pros:

Staff was fine. Breakfast was good. Location was central to many activities. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

I was in the motel annex next to the Inn. It is in real need of some care, paint, and a decent chair in which to sit and read.

Great experience during both times at the Inn!
Pros:

This was our second time staying at the Yankee Inn, and both times, found the rooms very clean, beds comfortable and delicious breakfast buffet with a nice selection of items. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Comfortable stay in the center of the Berkshires.
Pros:

Convenient location between Lenox and Pittsfield. Lots of food choices for breakfast. Coffee maker in the room.

Cons:

My room had no view and was a little noisy due to being close to the main road.

A very comfortable experience. I will choose the Yankee again.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Clear information printed right on the key envelope. Quiet, lots of parking, close to stores and restaurants. Excellent toiletries and amenities. Friendly and efficient innkeepers.

Cons:

Toilet didn’t flush well or completely. Would be helpful to have a small nightlight in the bathroom.
