The air conditioner did not work properly. Was told no maintenance staff around. Asked to change room but was given a smaller room on higher floor. Wanted to have a similar size room but was then being told that the room originally given to us was already an upgraded room. Staff not very keen to help us resolve the issue but simply said he had no better room to change us to! The air conditioner completely broke down on another day but to be fair the other staff on that day was more polite and helpful and gave us a fan. I eventually fiddled with the air-conditioner and managed to get it work again. What was annoying is the could not care less attitude. No one was bothered to come and have a look!

The bathroom isn’t comfortable, the room service is inadequate, I wouldn’t choose this place again

There is a high bath in the bathroom and a glass panel that’s difficult to open and close, which screens it off. There’s a very high risk of slipping and bumping your head against the glass when getting out of the bath. It’s not at all comfortable—in fact, it’s dangerous. Although there were three of us staying there, only two towels were provided. The soap wasn’t replenished. There were no slippers in the room. When we first asked for them, the female member of staff at reception paid no attention. As they didn’t arrive, we relayed our request to Mr. Zsolt at reception. Our problem was resolved within five minutes. I’d like to thank him. The cot was very uncomfortable; it had sagged inwards. I’m sure there are much better hotels in the same location at the same price.

Отличный выбор в самом центре Будапешта
Pros:

Расположение - в самом самом центре, на оживленной улице, но в номерах очень тихо. Кровати нереально удобные и больше. В целом, номер очень удобный. Завтраки вкусные с чуть большим разнообразием, чем обычно бывает в отеле.

Cons:

Завтраки хоть и разнообразные, но могли быть ещё лучше. Не так много сладкого к чаю - были только круассаны (кстати не особо вкусные) и штрудели (они получше) и всё.
