A long-time customer of yours, for the fourth time, during check-in there was an unsuccessful attempt by the employee - I was given a very small room with 2 doors, I did not get a shower as I requested, I travel a lot to hotels and know that this is an extra room that a family gets, after an unpleasant argument I got a normal room. Not a good feeling.

The cleanliness of the hotel was very good, and the location was excellent with easy access to different destinations.

Cons:

I did not like the reception service. The staff were impolite, not welcoming at all, and their responses felt arrogant. A 4-star hotel should not have slippers only for guests staying in “Privilege Rooms” and not for those staying in “Superior Rooms.” It is ridiculous. We are in 2026, and considering a pair of disposable slippers as a privilege available only for certain rooms is unreasonable.

Konumu mükemmel, iki kişi için çok konforlu bir tatil. Kahvaltısı da çok güzeldi.

Cons:

Odamızı 3 kişilik aldık ek yatak hiç konforlu değildi. Oğlum tatil boyunca bizim yatağımızda yatmak zorunda kaldı. Ayrıca odadaki aplik lambalar çok tozluydu ve biz talep edene kadar odaya kağıt terlik bırakmamıştı housekeeping görevlileri.

Her şeye rağmen bir daha bu şehre gelsem yine bu oteli tercih ederim.
Pros:

Konumu harika, Budapeşte’nin en güzel caddesinde, pek çok önemli noktaya yürüme mesafesinde. Çalışanlar da ilgiliydi.

Cons:

Kahvaltı biraz daha geliştirilebilir, banyo küçük, duşa giriş çıkış zor, kilolu biri zor girer.
