I wouldn’t stay again due to how uncomfortable the room temperature was

We stayed two nights and could not sleep due to the heat in the room. Shortly after checkin I called reception and a fellow came and checked and said there was something not working. We turned the heat off and kept it off for our stay and we still had to keep opening the window to cool the room down, but could not sleep with it open due to the noise. It was supposed to be fixed yesterday and was not.
I paid a lot of money for two nights accommodation in a room that we could not comfortably sleep in. I did tell the staff member at checkout as well.
I messaged also and was basically told it was normal
The temperature of the room, we stayed in March most days were 10deg c and we couldn’t sleep due to the heat in the room, there is no air conditioning so I can only imagine how bad it would be in summer
