Food Posining, mouldy bathroom, substandard service

The location was ok

Cons:

I stayed for 2 nights before flying back to Australia. The final day I ate the buffet breakfast, 6 hours later on my flight to Dallas I got severely ill with food poisoning. I was so sick I was unable to board my flight to Melbourne and had to stay in Dallas for 2 nights in the airport hotel. I emailed the hotel immediately alerting them to the issue and asking for a review of their food standards as well as compensation, and have since followed up. It’s been one week and I have heard nothing.
I also had to ask for my room to be made up at 6pm after being out all day as it wasn’t done.
The rooms and bathrooms are old and dirty, my room had a strong smell of heavy metals in it.
While the location is good and a short walk to Roma Norte the street itself and surroundings isn’t very pleasant. I would not stay at this hotel or another NH Collection hotel again.

el starbucks le da un plus

Cons:

Dos días seguidos tuve que llamar a mantenimiento porque el baño de mi habitación no funcionaba correctamente. Lo resolvieron, pero lamentablemente cuando vas de vacaciones lo que menos quieres es tener este tipo de fallas. Es un caso aislado, y el trato fue excelente, pero no es lo óptimo cuando vacacionas.

Descent stay in Mexico City
Pros:

It was clean and good location relatively. One of the staff was super friendly and nice

Cons:

The receptionist , specially one was so unfriendly specially when we wanted to get information from her. Our room was toward the pool which one nice during the day but at night there is a club just by the hotel that was super loud till 4 am. If you want a quiet area, don’t get a room that is facing the pool

Un hotel muy bueno, muy bien ubicado y a un precio rezonable.
Pros:

La atencion del personal muy buena, se siente la calidez de las personas. El desayuno un excelente buffet. La ubicacion excelente. Los ascensores muy rapidos. El internet muy bueno. Muy cerca de restaurantes y a una cuadra de la estacion de metro Insurgentes.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

I stayed for two weeks and highly recommend the hotel. The location and facilities are excellent. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is very good. The service from all the staff is outstanding; I would especially like to highlight Grecia, who was always very kind and attentive. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
