NH Collection Mexico City Reforma

Insurgentes駅に近く（徒歩3分程）便利でした。周辺には飲食店も豊富にあります。
お部屋はスーツケースを２、３個広げられるほどのゆとりがあります。
朝食会場は明るく開放的な感じで、食事も美味しかったです。

L'emplacement de l'hôtel en plein centre dans un quartier safe, le personnel super agréable, la piscine, le petit déjeuner, la chambre en angle pour profiter de la vue et de la lumière.

a pesar de estar localizado en la Zona Rosa el hotel se encuentra en una de las calles tranquilas y no hay mucho ruido. Lo mas maravilloso del hotel es su personal, eran todos muy amables, profesionales y atentos. El desayuno era excelente, variado y me gustò mucho. La habitacion todo muy bien, me hubiera gustado que el baño tuviera mejor iluminacion para poder arreglarme por la mañana, pero fuera de eso era super comodo.

it’s spacious but bit tired, you see the wear on the furniture.
The living room area is spacious if rather sparsely furnished for the size of the space left something to be desired.

Hospitality/service & Housekeeping (1): it was poor considering we booked for 2 ppl,there was only 1 set of toiletries (toothbrush, hairbrush, shower cap), 1 bathrobe, 1 pair of slippers, one courtesy drink voucher, 1complimentary bottle of water, 1 poncho (great idea since it showers often in this season but how are we supposed to share a poncho? ) we called right away and asked for a second set of robe/slippers. The front desk lady on 6/18 afternoon/evening was completely useless We had left the room and came back several hours later and nothing had been delivered. We called again and they just brought extra towels so we explained again. Finally a 2nd set of robe and slippers was delivered. this is NOT the level of service and lack of attention to detail at a 4 star hotel not to mention for one of the highest priced rooms in the hotel??
It was World Cup season and we wanted to watch the game on TV ( as the gentleman at check-in had told us which channel we can watch. But we forgot the channel he mentioned and after trying several channels we called the desk and the same unhelpful lady answered and said you can’t watch it in the room. It’s only available on the 1st floor(restaurant). We eventually figured out we could watch it on channel 5. So she was clueless if not lazy- she didn’t even try to find out.
It was also my husband’s big 60 birthday and I had inquired in writing via booking.com’s portal a they completely ignored my question on recommendations for a restaurant in the area.

We had a pleasant check-in experience but all the subsequent experiences with poor hospitality service was disappointing.

We’ve stayed in a number of NH Collections hotels internationally. This was probably the worst in terms of service/attention by the staff.

The location is just perfect for us. It is accessible to any places you want to go especially to the Golden Angel which is only 3 blocks. The atmosphere of the hotel is very nice. It is pet friendly❤️our rooms are clean. The price is very reasonable since we stayed for 5days. The amenities is very good except for the pool😊 in the picture it looks big but its not thats why i have only 4 stars⭐️the breakfast buffet is amazing👍 we will definitely stay in this hotel again. Love Mexico city❤️

Our stay at the NH Mexico City Reforma Hotel was great! The room was lovely, and the hotel facilities were excellent. We had excellent guidance and support from all of the staff, especially from Jesus, Braulio and Erick, among others. Next time we visit Mexico City we will definitely stay at this hotel!

O hotel é excelente! Ótima localizacao, próximo de estacao de metrô, com vários restaurantes bons ao redor, perto do Anjo da Independência. E muito seguro também. Ao lado do hotel tem um Mercado de Artesanatos para comprar lembrancinhas do México. Adorei o café da manha, eles servem todos os dias opcoes de comidas típicas mexicanas e um bufê com bastante variedade de frutas, frios, sucos, paes e doces. Apenas os paes eu achei que deixaram um pouco a desejar. A equipe do hotel é muito simpática e sempre pronta para ajudar. Reservei também alguns passeios com a agência de turismo do hotel, o que foi super prático. Adorei a minha estadia, com certeza volto a me hospedar aí numa próxima viagem à CDMX.
