Not worth the money.
Pros:

The location is good. Internet good enough for working.

Cons:

The room itself doesn’t have any heating. Because the days were colder when we were there, we had to request an electrical heater. But it was a very unprofessional solution. We didn’t want to leave it plugged in the whole night out of fear it would cause a fire. The windows are also very thin, the building itself felt unsafe. For what we paid, we expected a lot more.

La ubicacion esta bien, y el desayuno normal.

Cons:

La habitacion tiene muy poca luz y aunque pedi dos veces que trajeran una lampara, no fue asi. La habitacion tiene malos acabados como que la puerta del ba;o no tiene cierre, y la limpieza los primeros dias no fue buena. He estado en hoteles del la cadena NH en otros lugares del mundo y este no parece de los mismos, tiene mal servicios y sus habitaciones no son buenas, la cama no es comoda.

Buena opción para estancias cortas entre semana.
Pros:

La habitación (Junior suite) es amplia, las instalaciones estaban muy limpias y el mobiliario es moderno y cómodo, cuenta con una estación de trabajo, dos sillones muy amplios y cómodos y cama king, la habitación estaba en la esquina con miras al centro de la ciudad, con las cortinas abiertas es una habitación muy iluminada.

Cons:

Un problema general de los hoteles actuales, es la iluminación, por las noches o con las cortinas cerradas, en general la iluminación es baja, algo que no es culpa del hotel, por lo menos enteramente, es que hay varios bares en azoteas alrededor del hotel, a oesar de estar en el piso 12 la música se puede escuchar bastante, por lo que si la prioridad es descansar, es un factor a tomar en cuenta.

Outstanding hotel, excellent location
Pros:

Fantastic hotel, excellent location, large and comfortable rooms without carpet, very clean and hygienic, very helpful staff. I intended to stay with friends for one night only, but then extended for a further night. I had previously consistently booked a much more expensive hotel, which had carpet and poor air circulation. The NH Collection Mexico City Reforma is now going to be my favourite in CDMX.
