Un buen lugar para descansar luego de caminar todo Mexico
Pros:

Desayuno excelente, siempre quedas satisfecho. Es buffet y tienen buenas opciones. La habitación tenia aire acondicionado y se podia apagar si hacia mucho frío. En general todo muy bien. La ubicación es excelente, esta cerca de todo.

Cons:

Durante mi estancia fue frecuente que la tarjeta (llave de la habitación) se desconfigurara y teniamos que bajar al lobby a que la restauraran. Otra cosa es que los televisores no tienen como una manera facil de ver netflix o projectarlo desde mi celular. Pero yo fui preparado y lleve un cable HDMI para conectarlo a mi laptop.

Todo segun mis expectativas (siempre me hospedo en este hotel en mis viajes de negocios).
Un destacamiento y agradecimiento particular a la Srta. FATIMA de reception (con todo el equipo), el Sr. EDGAR del restaurante (con todo el equipo) y la Srta. ILSE de GUEST SERVICE.
Me dieron la habitacion que habia pedido en fase de reserva y me extendieron con el LATE CHECK-OUT por esigencias de vuelo.
GIMASIO remodelado y mucho mas funcional que antes.
Recomendaria solamente MAS OFERTA de verduras en el sedayuno buffet, el resto espectacular, como siempre

Excelente trato por parte del personal, tanto la Srta. FATIMA de la RECEPTION (y todo el equipo), el Sr. EDGAR del restaurante (y todo el equipo) y la Srta. ILSE de GUEST SERVICE se destacaron en el trato y el atendimiento que me dieron, muchas gracias!!!
Siempre me quedo en este hotel y utilizo el gimnasio, que me gusto mucho como lo remodelaron: ahora es aun mejor!!!

Todo excelente a excepción del servicio de limpieza

Cons:

Mi pareja y yo salimos en la mañana, regresamos a las 12:00 y no habían limpiado la habitación, después volvimos a salir y regresamos a las 15:00, la habitación seguía sucia a pesar de poner el letrero para que limpiaran, al salir nuevamente por la tarde solicitamos en recepción que hicieran la limpieza correspondiente y al llegar por la noche solo habían tendido la cama. Supongo que la persona de limpieza se molestó por el requerimiento directamente de recepción, pero esas cosas se hacen temprano 😬

Por error hicimos 2 reservas, y el alojamiento no nos hizo la devolución de una de ellas, es decir pagamos el doble. Ya me había pasado en otro hotel y si nos hicieron la devolución, ellos no lo hicieron. Y se supone que es una “gran cadena” de hoteles, nunca más me volveré a hospedar acá

Top location for Mexico city - clean rooms although dated and expected nicer
Pros:

Location is excellent - personally I love the area, it is super walkable and tons of great food/drink options and even a great (world renowned) cocktail bar right in the building. Bed was comfy and room was clean.

Cons:

OVerall room was very dated and not to the level of standard I would expect for the Brand/Chain nor price point. Shower door in the bathroom didnt fully close so leaked water in to the rest of the bathroom a bit.
