Would not recommend staying at this hotel if you want a clean and comfortable stay.
Pros:

The service in the restaurant was good.

Cons:

The room was not clean, fridge had moldy food and cockroaches found in the room. The noise from the streets and clubs keep you up all night.

Agradable pero se puede mejorar
Pros:

La habitación es grande y el hotel súper bien ubicado . El personal muy amable

Cons:

La habitación daba hacia los bares y en la noche se escucha mucho ruido hasta que cierran , lo cual no te permite descansar bien

La ducha es muy pequeña y se sale el agua a todo el baño toca estar secando el agua con la toalla para los pies y después escurrirla

El aseo de la habitación no era el mejor se encontró una mota de cabello de persona en la cama y había pelos largos dentro de la ducha

A la hora de tomar el desayuno algunos cubiertos o vasos se encontraban sucios o mal lavados

Sacrificamos una buena ubicación por creer que me garantizaba unas excelentes instalaciones, buen servicio, confort, al tratarse de NH Collection, y ha sido la peor experiencia precio-calidad. Solicité con terraza y no había, las vistas fatales, las camas dobles pequeñas y la limpieza muy lamentable, de hecho el primer día (lunes) no habían hecho la habitación al volver por la noche de nuestras visitas a la ciudad.

Dure 1 día completo solicitando una plancha, nunca llegó los soportes para colocar el equipaje, la habitación no cuenta ni con una silla para poder sentarse a comer. Adicionalmente reporte un daño con el un dispositivo del baño y nunca lo arreglaron, la
Ducha mal diseñada te bañas y se inunda todo. Realmente decepcionante teniendo en cuenta la cadena de hotel que es.

Ist relativ modern und für den eingerichteten Punkt. Unser Zimmer hatte sogar einen Balkon. Mit schöner Sicht in Richtung Zentrum.

Cons:

Das Personal beim Empfang war nicht gerade freundlich. Der Checkin Prozess, außergewöhnlich langwierig und umständlich.
Man hört den Lärm aus der Umgebung, sogar im zehnten Stock.
