The friendliness of the staff
Nothing
The hotel was well-located. Hotel staff were mainly pleasant. The room was nice. I stayed on the 9th floor and had no issue with noise from the street below. There were lots of surrounding restaurants to choose from and everywere is walkable.
The gym is under renovation; this is something that the property needs to let guests know beforehand. Also, the rooms need to be cleaned better, there was a ton of dust (not an exaggeration) under the red chair in the corner of the room. Cleaning staff clearly had not cleaned under there in their routine clean.
Eric at the reception was a delight! He was helpful, pleasant and made our stay memorable
Eric was incredibly helpful during our stay at NH. He welcomed us when he first arrived and he went above and beyond assisting us with an unrelated issue and was kind and patient. If I give 10 stars, i would. Bar at the hotel was also a nice treat.

Me gustó que estaba limpio y el cuarto super comfortable. El hotel no está en una calle principal y en la noche no se oía el ruido de afuera. 10/10

Everyone at the hotel… and especially Gabriela Islas in the restaurant… took such amazing care of our very large group. 1/2 of which were blind/visually impaired… incredible experience
