Excelente experiencia 5 estrellas en una ubicación inmejorable.
Pros:

Ubicación, calidad del servicio, opciones gastronómicas.
El servicio Concierge hizo la diferencia para nosotros logrando conseguir una reserva con una gran ubicación para el desfile de alebrijes. Mi hija quedó maravillada con dicha experiencia.

Great location and service. Breakfast was quite good.

Cons:

Isolation is not good, you can clearly hear music or people’s conversation of the room next to you. I specifically requested in my booking a room with a king size bed but I got two double bed’s instead.
