Cons:

Estuve 4 días a la ida y 2 a la vuelta de mi viaje.
Las habitaciones tienen mucho ruído, de hecho nos dieron una que daba a las máquinas de ascensores, a pesar de haber pedido una tranquila alejada de ascensores, máquinas de aire acondicionado exteriores...
El baño es pequeño, la zona de lavabo es ridícula de tamaño y está casi en la parte de la cama.
Reservé habitación con sofá y como pedimos cambio porque había un ruído que no nos dejó dormir en toda la noche, nos la dieron con sólo un sillón.
El tamaño de la habitación es pequeño para el precio que tiene.
El desayuno es en un lugar frío, un poco oscuro varias de las zonas y la calidad de la comida deja mucho que desear.
Para ser un 5* no tiene servicios como tal, por ejemplo no hacen "la descubierta", nadie viene a media tarde para ver si necesitas algo. Necesité que el consierge llamara a un restaurante y no quiso hacerlo y lo tuve que hacer yo y me cobraron la llamada.
No volvería a reservar en este hotel.

Decent old hotel in a nice location.
Pros:

The location is great, the bed is very comfortable and the views are worth it. Breakfast was nice, tho quite small list of options.

Cons:

The walls are incredibly thin, one could hear their neighbors talking. We had a particularly noisy neighbor who was listening to music as early as 5:30am. When I tried to call reception to complain, I realised the phones were not working. Clearly the building is very old.
Cleanliness was 6/10, there were spots on the sink when we arrived and it was clear that job had been done in a rush.

Pros:

La habitación muy cómoda y con una vista espectacular. El desayuno buffet buenísimo y muy completo. La atención del personal en todo momento muy cálida

Itens básicos do café da manhã serem cobrados à parte. Em um hotel deste nível não há necessidade disso.

Loved the hotel, location, and staff - would stay there again!
Pros:

We loved everything about this hotel. The location was excellent and the staff was super friendly. So many restaurants on site made it easy for us when we didn't want to leave the hotel and for grabbing breakfast before leaving for the day. We loved being able to walk around the Polanco neighborhood.

We found the bar staff and the concierge to be particularly lovely and both really enhanced our stay.

Cons:

We were disappointed that we weren't able to get connecting rooms, though they did find rooms close together. Also, the shower took FOREVER to warm up, which wasn't a big deal but surprising for a hotel of this caliber.
