Todo el equipo de front desk, recepción, etcetera, excelente servicio, incluso perdí efectivo y despues de unas horas me identificaron y (previo proceso) me devolvieron el dinero completo.

Cons:

Llevo meses acudiendo regularmente al hotel, el servicio en urbano es muy bueno, pero sinceramente los alimentos en la barra caliente ya son de muy mala calidad, lo que me preocupa es que en meses he notado que ha ido empeorando.

緑豊かな絶景と頼れるコンシェルジェが魅力の快適ホテル
Pros:

• チャプルテペク公園の隣で緑がとても綺麗。メキシコシティでも安全な地域で快適な散歩ができた
• 37階の部屋からは緑の綺麗な街が一望でき素晴らしい景観だった
• 部屋は綺麗で機能的。広くて収納にも困らなかった。
• ルイスバラガン邸のチケットが入手できなかったが、コンシェルジェがプライベートツアーを手配してくれたことに大感謝

Cons:

• ラウンジはお酒もつまみも一通り揃っているが、もう少し美味しくてもよかった
