Great overall experience and great concierge service
Pros:

We recently stayed for two nights and since we had a very short day, we wanted to make sure we maximized the opportunity for sightseeing, restaurants, etc. We worked very closely with the concierge, Alfredo Martinez who couldn’t have been more helpful and absolutely on target for what we needed to see and do . The restaurants he recommended were great, exactly as he described them. Beyond our experience with Alfredo, the hotel is clean, beautiful, has great views, restaurants, and service.

QUE AUDITEN AL PERSONAL
Cons:

Nopude hacer checkout por la hora, por lo que en vez de cobrar los cargos de la preautorización y devolver la cantidad respectiva, se quedaron con el 100% de la preautorización y a la fecha no se ha solucionado.
Considero que posiblemente los empleados hacen robo, pues al no cancelar las presautorizaciones, pueden utilizar a su favor lo que pueden cobrar en efectivo. ¡TERRIBLE QUE LOS AUDITEN!
