Comfortable, clean for New York
Pros:

Great interior, great location very clean, the outside and lobby area is spacious and comfortable. I really appreciated the beds and towels being changed everyday.

Cons:

Absolutely nowhere to hang clothes, toilets dated and tiny. Also I with the other reviews about the lack of coffee/ fridge in the room would have been nice.
My final comment is the lack of toilet facilities in the lobby wasn’t amazing for us to freshen up/ change before our long flight; put a stress to the start of the journey home.

It was my nieces 16th Birthday and the hotel experience was great. The staff was amazing and super accommodating! So man

The heaters get hot but those are NY heaters. Putting the air on made the room feel comfortable. So no complaints.

Don't Book a Standard Room Unless You're Hard of Hearing
Pros:

FYI: When you book a standard room, beware that the walls between your room and the adjacent rooms are tissue thin. I could hear EVERYTHING in the next room including the person going through his packages. Then he started hacking and coughing so I immediately asked for a room change. It seems to be a common issue because the room upgrade contract sheets were waiting at the desk when I walked up to deal with it. Also, if you are told that the upgrade is a certain price, you will also see additional charges such as taxes per day and a Service Fee charge per day which was $25.

Amazing stay
Pros:

Very clean room and hotel. It has such a neat and quirky vibe. It’s also not too big so it feels homey. The highlight for me was the heated floor in the bathroom. What an amazing feature! Great location as well. Note that there are no elevators in the hotel so if mobility is an issue you may want to skip this one.

The bad was not comfortable . The radiator made a lot of noise. We heard every noise from next door.

I’ll be back again for my fourth visit!
Pros:

I have stayed here 3 times now over the last 12 years and it has been consistently a great hotel. Ideally located, friendly reception staff.

Cons:

Struggled to use the vending machine - other than that the only thing I don’t like is that I can’t stay longer

Pros:

It was nice, not very comfy found it to be quite cold but the staff was so nice. Will say they don’t have an elevator so if you have a lot to carry I would go elsewhere

Visiting our college son. Perfect location and much better price than surrounding hotels. This has become our go to hote
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Great room. We stayed in a deluxe king. Free coffee in the lobby and a cute sitting area. Great location. Kept our bags for the day once we checked out.
