Lovely but bed let me down

Al op meerdere plekken in NYC verbleven. Dit is de eerste die we nog een keer zouden boeken
Pros:

Een van de weinige plekken in NYC waar je drie (goede) aparte bedden in een kamer hebt en dus prima kunt slapen met 2 tieners en ouders.

Overall it was a nice stay and the staff was very helpful.

Great staff. Relatively nice accomodations. Very good location to get to other areas of the city.

Cons:

For anyone who is sensitive to smells, there is an overwhelming perfume scent in the common areas. They have tons of scent sticks displayed everywhere. It is gross. If you end up in room 210, be aware that all of the lights in the room are tied to one switch. If you want lights on in the bathroom in the middle of the night, you would have to turn on the main overhead light where everyone else is sleeping - a ridiculous arrangement. And we "upgraded" to that room

Excellent!
Pros:

Property was very nice. More importantly, Donnet the hotel manager went out of her way to assist us while navigating a sensitive personal issue. Her comfort, dedication and attention to the matter was very appreciated. She is an angel in disguise!

A noisy dumpster
Pros:

Terrible I. Rather stay any where else. Common area furniture was cute but that’s it

Cons:

A dumpster. The door to the room didn’t lock correctly on the handle or the dead bolt. Dead bolt wasn’t even there. Dirt rings everywhere. Comforter falling apart and just gone gray from dirt. Some light on the ceiling flashed all night. Noisy and not other guests the building creaking and clacking

Nous avons adoré la déco de cet hôtel et l'ambiance qui s'en dégage.
Chambre confortable avec tout le nécessaire.
Thé et café à disposition le matin.
Distributeurs snacks, boissons et glaçons dans l'hôtel.
Super lounge où se poser avec lecture à disposition.
Personnel disponible, agréable, souriant.
Très contents de notre séjour!

Cons:

Pas d'ascenseur même si les escaliers ne sont pas très grands il est important de le signaler.

Really wonderful stay at SoHoTel. I don’t know how to spell her name but the concierge ( whose name starts with perhaps?

Best place to stay with a small family in the Bowery!!
Pros:

Really wonderful easy stay. The service was friendly, very helpful, and organized. The rooms were clean, spacious enough, and great bathroom with two sinks and a tub! But the best was the location. We rarely used a car at all.

nice snd clean but expensive

For a boutique hotel it was very nice.

Amazingly decorated. Clean. Beds comfortable. Location was good. Walking access to subway and a few nice restaurants and walking distance to the nice neighbourhood.

If you travel a lot you already what to and what not to expect from a boutique hotel.
You should not be expecting space, modern facilities, elevator…

But I can say compared to other boutique hotels I had gone, the space was not that small after all. Yes small room and bathroom but acceptable for an old heritage building.

Beds and floors were super clean and comfortable
Washroom was renovated and clean

And the staff -unlike- most boutique hotels were friendly and tried to be helpful.

The decoration and design was cozy and cute as all boutique hotels.

Air conditioning was working perfectly
