Mysigt och välstädat hotell.
Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal.
Det var bara att dörrarna till rummen var lite tröga och kärvade, inte bara i mitt rum. Det var svårt att stänga dörrarna utan att smälla i dem. Det hördes därför tydligt när folk gick in och ut ur sina rum för det small i dörrarna. När jag reste hem och checkade ut var det väldigt tidigt på morgonen så jag vågade inte ens stänga dörren till mitt rum ordentligt för då hade jag sannolikt väckt personer i rummen intill.
Spacious room, well laid out, very clean facilities and a rooftop area to which you can take food and drinks in the evenings. Very close to Castro Pretorio metro station from which access to the sights is easy via one change at Termini. Helpful staff. Good supermarket just around the corner.
Double bed was two singles which drifted apart to some extent. A coffee machine in the room would have been a bonus. The local area itself is unremarkable, i.e. you're bus and reliant to get to tourist attractions absent a 40 min walk.
This hotel is a hidden gem. Staff are really friendly and helpful. We had a really early start one morning and they opened the breakfast area earlier for us which was such a lovely gesture.
It’s close to St Maria’s Basilica and not too far from the Trevi fountain.
It’s clean and tidy and authentic and you feel you’re in Italy rather than a clinical hotel which could be anywhere.
I’ve never written a review on here before but wanted to share our positive experience
We had 3 nights here. Great location 10 minutes walk from main Termini train station and Metro red line and only 2 mins walk from blue Metro line. Nice supermarket Pam also only 2 minutes walk. Staff here all lovely, great rooftop terrace and also a really helpful Common Room where there's a mini kitchen with a large fridge freezer and a microwave, and plates, cutlery and places to sit. Very helpful as we didn't want to eat out all the time. We'd booked a double room and first night we were in the part of the hotel which is down the road. These rooms are the ones getting the negative reviews but actually I'd still give them 4 stars. Yes they're a bit small but bed was big and really comfy, the only problem was ours the plumbing was a bit dodgy so we were moved to main hotel the next day. Gorgeous room. Also we had breakfast included in our package and were impressed with the selection of fruit, cheese, meat, salad, cereal, yoghurt, pastries and hot and cold drinks machines. All in all 5 stars, would recommend and would definitely return

Enjoyed the breakfast, room was nice and the little balcony. Why don’t you have a table and chairs there though it would be nice to sit out on an evening and enjoy the cooler air.
I appreciate its a non smoking hotel but a bit excessive as a vaper to have to go to the sixth floor to use my vape when there is a balcony I could use.

Excellent hotel, I am very picky when it comes to hotel as I have a very high standard of cleanliness. This hotel was super clean. Cleaners were very good. The hotel is in a good location, 10 mins walk to the train termini , supermarket over the road and close to lots of tourist attractions! Would certainly stay again.
Very friendly staff who were happy to help at every occasion. They gave us recommendations for local restaurants that had lovely food and atmosphere.
Rooms were very clean and well maintained.
