Convenient location and decent sized room.
Only a single thin sheet was provided on the top of each bed, no comforter or blanket which was kind of strange and not that comfortable or cozy for sleeping.

Very historical decoration
The showering space is quite small
Gute Lage. Nicht weit zum Hauptbahnhof. Zusätzlich eine (andere) U-Bahn-Station direkt ums Eck. Supermarkt ebenfalls nahe. Hotel liegt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße mit wenig Verkehr und ist somit ruhig. Zimmer sind klimatisiert. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich, auskunftsfreudig und hilfsbereit. Fragen und Anliegen wurden freundlich, schnell und gut beantwortet.
Frühstücksraum sowie Speisen-Auswahl waren grundsätzlich in Ordnung, aber nicht besonders. Gerade der Kaffee war leider enttäuschend. Zwei Bettdecken wären uns lieber als eine riesige, aber das ist Geschmacksache.

Overpriced
Our room was spacious, organized and clean.
The breakfast had many options to choose from and good opening times.
The reception personal were friendly and receptive.
The hotel is just a short walk from the transport hub, Termini train/metro/bus station, which was convenient for us.
Overall a very good hotel and very central, we recommend it!
Overall, all the hotel staff were very friendly and pleasant. However, during breakfast there was one employee who did not demostrate friendliness or receptiveness.
Locatia excelenta, aproape de gara si metrou. Camera frumoasa, curata, spatioasa. Personalul serviabil. Micul dejun a fost bun.

Very friendly staff, close to Metro station and many restaurants. The area was also fairly quiet. The hotel also has an upper outdoor garden area to relax in.
Bed was uncomfortable.
Hotels need to do away with the memory foam style beds. Horrible on the back and hips!

We loved this hotel and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The rooms are very classic and well thought out . It’s just a few mins walk from ê Rome termini so no taxi.

Maybe it’s best from this category in this district-still close to the Center and Termini, but in good neighbourhood-streets are clean and safe. Rooms are clear and they clean it daily, staff is friendly and helpful.At first we had room looking to inner court and it was not so great, but we asked for another room and it was much more comfortable.The breakfast was great,especially fresh fruits!
