Very friendly check in staff and clean room!

There was not any indication that the pool was under construction—including the front desk and hallways. The only way we found out is while trying to start our four nights of swimming for many reasons—the door was locked with a small sign that said ‘construction.’

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Right on campus. Love all the trees. As of now, the rooms are not the updated rooms and the pool & fitness center are closed for renovation.

Never got housekeeping even though I was told they serviced room daily AND i specifically requested it when they did not show up the first day. This MOTEL was so loud I didn’t get more than a couple hours the second night due to a large group on my floor with screaming, jumping kids and their music coming on at 4 am

Convenient for school but in the midst of construction

My room was filled with spider webs on ceiling. The restroom sink was dusty

I have stayed here several times because our daughter is attending Cal Poly and it's very convenient. Although the staff is generally good, the condition of the property is not. I understand it's old and I can deal with that. What I have an issue with is the cleanliness of the rooms. The last time I stayed there the sheets were stained. Ants and other insects were in the room... gross! The property has great potential but needs a full remodel and a fine tuning of room cleaning. Also, if you're an out of state parent paying top dollar tuition, shouldn't there be a hotel discount? Little things to take it to the next level...

Great, close to the university

Neat hotel property located on Cal Poly Pomona Campus. Clean, private and peaceful.

Older facilities, but nice rooms overall. Beds were quite comfortable. The carpets in the rooms are a little on the funky side, but not offensively so. Staffed by students, some of whom were terrific - attentive, kind, conscientious - but others were truly clueless and seemed not really to care much about guests

Everyone was so nice! Older building but perfect for us 1/2 of what I’ve paid to stay other places. Right next to the college that our daughter attends.

Convenient and quiet and safe place to drop off students to Cal Poly Pomona! Staff was very nice and the place is really nice!

It was nice to stay on campus but the bedding was not great and the shower took 15 minutes to get hot. We were given basically a sheet for bedding. It was a good produce but it seemed old

Beautiful location

The beds are really comfortable. AC is very quiet and works really well. Very convenient short walk to the CPP campus.
