Un lugar ideal para alojarse en Florencia
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel nos encanta!! La habitación y el baño cómodos y espaciosos, con todo lo necesario.
La larga Escalera de entrada no es una incomodidad ya que el personal se ocupa de las valijas.
Es un lugar para volver siempre!!

Cons:

Que el ascensor pare siempre en el 1er piso.
Controlar la limpieza durante la estadía.

Pros:

Excellent location - walking distance to everything. Staff are very helpful. We enjoyed having a good breakfast in the morning with coffees/cappuccinos made to order. The breakfast had fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt with toppings, some warm items like eggs and bacon. Multiple juices - enough to get your day going. The hotel is clean, beautifully decorated. The bathrooms have a great layout. We stayed in a suite that was slightly larger and just gorgeous. Nespresso in the room and little pastries was a nice touch. Beds are beyond comfortable - I'd like on in my house! You will not be disappointed.

Nuestra estancia fue perfecta. El hotel está situado en la mejor zona de Florencia. Cerca de TODO. El personal fue inmejorable, especial mención a Davide, que nos atendió a nuestra llegada, nos gestionó un cambio de habitación, proporcionó recomendaciones para comer/cenar, gestionó las reservas y nos sentimos atendidos en todo momento.
El desayuno muy completo. El hotel impecablemente limpio. Todo perfecto. Volveremos
