Orden, limpieza, personal muy amable los del hotel y restaurant.

Cons:

Que en la reserva de booking, yo filtre con desayuno y me apareció esta opción. Pero no estaba incluido dentro del precio.

Struttura da EVITARE

Solo la posizione, zona tranquilla vicino ad un parco e uno shopping center

Appena arrivato alla recepitio accoglienza non professionale. È normale richiedere una garanzia di 250 USD per servizi extra, ma la sorpresa la sera successiva quando ceno in hotel e chiedo che il conto sia addebitato in camera.. Ma mi viene comunicato che gli extra dovevo pagarli al momento...insisto di chiedere alla reception, ma non trovavano nessuna garanzia extra... il che vado di presenza alla reception e mostro la ricevuta... vedono con attenzione e si giustificano e scusano che il collega non il collega non aveva inseriti nella camera i costi extra..
La mattina farsi la doccia un'impresa ...ero al 4° piano e l'acqua calda arrivava ad intermittenza...
La colazione non idonea ad un 4 stelle...sembra una sala mensa... difficile trovare un posto per sederti, e se lo trovi ancora non sparecchiato...poco personale e se chiedi di pulire qualcuno arriva dopo fiversi minuti... per due mattine consecutive ho fatto colazione con accanto ancora piatti e posati sporche..
Comunque non raccomando questa struttura...
Da premettere che la settimana prima ero stato in altra struttura di Lima sempre Novitel, tutto perfetto anche se le camere sono dotate. ma il resto c lo compensa bene
