Inefficient service.
Cons:

Terribly inefficient service for the price. Impossible to reach the lobby. No one answered the phone. At one point I was asked to move rooms due to bad programming (I was a single person with double room, and was asked to move to a King bedroom) and when I went down to the lobby no one knew what was going on.

Reasonable, safe hotel in Santiago
Pros:

This hotel is located in a safe, quiet area with easy access to the Hop on hop off bus stop. There is also a very large mall with many restaurants and shops. The buffet breakfast was reasonably priced and offered a nice variety of items. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Special thanks to Steven and Jesus for all their assistance.

The restaurant staff was slow to it due to the tables and I saw a few times them having conversations instead of taking care of the customers. Other than that, it was okay.
