Cons:

La piscina no me gustó porque está al aire libre rodeada de edificios y no le llega sol, es muy helada.
Al lugar le falta una terraza que puedas comer o tomar algo mientras está en el área piscina.

Buen hotel, pero el personal debe mejorar en hospitalidad.

Buena ubicación y es un hotel moderno

Cons:

Poca amabilidad de la recepcionista, nos entregaron mal las tarjetas de las habitaciones 2 veces, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, pero lograron cambiarnos de habitación y solo estaba funcionando 1 ascensor, lo que generaba un colapso. No incluía desayuno y no nos dimos cuenta al reservar por booking, fijarse bien en eso.

El aire acondicionado de la habitación. Emite mucha polución que genera reacciones alérgicas en vías respiratorias.

Buena Ubicación, Instalaciones descuidades, servicio de recepción déspota.
Pros:

el personal del comedor muy atento y servicial , tambien la mucama, la ubicacion muy buena. Por eso escojo en Santiago siempre ese hotel desde hace mas de 10 años. Con Aton era mucho mejor!

Cons:

Mal trato con el cliente y falta de tacto o manejo, deje una tarjeta de crédito con cargos abiertos y cada vez que iba a desayunar nos trataban como si fuera un delincuente que me iba a ir sin pagar, tanto la hoster de la entrada del comedor como el personal de la recepción del hotel.
El aire acondicionado no trabaja bien, hacia ruido y despertaba a media noche cada vez que iniciaba el compresor
