Do not book. Hotel was filthy. Has roaches. Customer service is no help, would not refund me. They did a very good job of taking photos where you can’t see how dirty it is. No one scrubs anything. Not even sure they changed my linens, as they still had stains on them. Brought me “clean” towels but it smelled like someone wiped their A*s with it. I showered with shoes on. It is definitely a dirty MOTEL. Stains on the walls. Floors turn your feet black. Everything has mildew/mold. DO NOT BOOK.
I am a frequent guest at Wyndham properties and have always appreciated the reputation the brand carries. Unfortunately, my recent stay at this locations did not meet the standards I have come to expect. While I understand this was a lower-tier property, that should translate to fewer amenities—not unsafe or poor-quality conditions.
The website photos portrayed a clean, updated room with modern bedding and surfaces. At first glance upon check-in, the room appeared consistent with those images. However, the issues quickly became apparent:
Flooring: The floor sank noticeably as I walked, suggesting collapsed subflooring beneath newly installed surface flooring.
Door Condition: The back of the door was covered in dirt and footmarks, and the hinges were blackened, leaving stains on the surrounding walls. Required postings such as the egress chart and rate description were painted over and missing.
Bathroom: The showerhead was visibly rusted, moldy, and unclean. The bathtub floor was cracked through, leaving a hole concealed by a bath mat. Upon lifting the mat, I discovered black mold underneath.
Room Condition: Several wall areas had chipped paint and damage. The toilet was positioned in such a way that the bathroom door could not close fully, eliminating privacy.
Furniture: A dirty sofa blocked what appeared to be a former adjoining-room door.
I documented these issues with photographs and would be glad to share them with you, as the conditions were unacceptable for any property carrying the Wyndham name.
Although the property manager was courteous, no resolution was offered. I had reserved four nights but checked out early the next morning and relocated to another hotel nearby, as I could not remain in those conditions.
From a corporate standpoint, I believe closer oversight is needed to ensure all properties under the Wyndham brand uphold the quality and safety standards their guests expect.

The reservation after booking a room came out to 42 dollars, so I thought. I went to check in and got charged an early check in fee of 10 dollars, another 20 dollars fee, as well as a 100 dollar deposit totaling 172 dollars overall. I was told that I would get the deposit back within 3 business days and have still not received it back to this day and as of today, it’s been 9 business days. I called the hotel and got told that it’s my bank that needs to authorize it, so I naturally wanted to verify that with my bank, and as I figured, it’s not on the bank, but the hotel that needs to give the deposit back into my account. This hotel will scam you and not provide quality service at all. The rooms smell like cigarettes and isn’t in the cleanest conditions whatsoever. I’d advise anyone reading this review to consider booking a hotel at a different location, this place is not as cheap as they claim.

It has been three weeks and still no refund back on my deposit.
This place is a FUUUUUCKING dump we stayed 3 nights and left for the rest of vacation

The staff was friendly, but i don’t recommend staying here, i have changed my trip and booked another hotel, it was not possible to stay there anymore, lots of bugs , roach , it was not cleaned very well and a perfume was sprayed to remove the bad smelling
I was traveling with my family to enjoy Disney park, but this park was very bad for me ,
It was Just peaceful to sleep, very silent and mattress it very comfortable
Yet they didn’t refund me the days I decided to not stay, but I just decided because of the bad conditions
The room was nice and clean, yet I noticed that the bathroom had a hole in it and the shower was clogged. The fixed the drainage fast.

Awesome staff
There was little to like. A place to stay i guess. But this area is humid and hot the whole time there the ice machine didnt work with promises to fix it. The laundry machines did not work properly. The air conditioner in the room only had very cold or you turn it off till it got hot in the room then you turn it on till it got too cold. The T.V. reception was spotty at best. For it being part of Wyndham group it gives it a bad name.
