Nice hotel convienent location shuttle to airport 24/7 Five stars

Cons:

Booking . Com cost a lot more than if I had gone to the desk directly . I didn’t get a chance to apply discounts for being senior citizen or for picking room that cost less . Or for handicap status re first floor etc . I was overcharged by booking . Com

Good quick stay by airport.
Pros:

Good stay by the airport. Two nights. Easy check in. Hotel is clean and quiet. Didn’t hear the airplanes except maybe once or twice during my stay. Continental breakfast in the morning was good. They were very accommodating and kind. Room is spacious. Bed was comfortable. WiFi wasn’t great. Had to sign on many times. Parking at night was hard. But they had a worker out there directing traffic. It snowed and when I left another worker came out and helped me clean off my car.

decent place to rest your head while traveling
Pros:

Front desk staff was very friendly, efficient, and warm. Especially, given the late hour.

Cons:

mattress was too hard and thin. We were put in a disabled room and I am not sure if the mattress was an accommodation

Could have been better.

10/7/25 We check in and get to room but the microwave wasn’t on so we check to see if it was plugged in which it was. Everything else that was plugged in had power so the problem was the microwave itself. Called front desk and the guy was quick to bring us another one. A few hours later we find out our fridge isn’t working properly. It was at highest setting and it was cold but not as cold as it should be for being on highest setting. My wife called front desk and explained the problem and got a “sigh” from the employee but said he’ll come take a look. So he did and he reset it he also went to check to see if he had any extra fridges and he said he didn’t. He also offered to get us a different room. We ultimately decided to give the fridge until morning and if it wasn’t up to temp we’d go from there. Morning comes and it wasn’t so I go to front desk. I explain to the lady the situation and everything that has transpired with the fridge already and while I appreciate the swap room offer we are already settled in our room and it’s ridiculous to switch rooms completely just to get a working fridge. So I ask can we just swap fridges with a vacant room? She says let me find one and I’ll let you know. 20 minutes later we get a working fridge. These 2 issues staff took care of quickly and minus the sigh from the employee I’m thankful they took care of the issues fairly quick but this could of been avoided if the room was checked before our arrival however this matter can be forgiven. Now comes a different issue. A few nights into our stay a room above us is excessively stomping. I give it some time to see if it stops but it didn’t so I go to tell front desk and ask to speak to a manager. The stomping was happening at current moment may I add. I explain what happened and she asks me “did you call?” I’m like no I’m telling you now because I wanted to give them a chance to stop before I said something and I don’t want to be that type of person.
