Die Lage war ok. Einrichtung im Foyer sieht schön aus.

Cons:

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht ganz. Schon lange nicht mehr so viel bezahlt für so wenig Leistung. Küche hatte keinerlei Utensilien, wozu dann die küche? Kein warmes Wasser beim Duschen. Die Handtücher haben gemüffelt nach Schimmel. Bei der Abreise nur ein ,,tut mir leid,, von der Rezeption. Also

Prachtige locatie, speeltuin, zwembad in de buurt en fijn wandelen.

Beetje muffe geur binnen maar mocht de pret niet drukken.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend,auch wenn sie reichlich zu tun hatten.Hätten ein paar Leute mehr sein können.
Die 2 Saunen im Hotel sind toll, wenn nicht zu viele Leute dort sind.
Essen war sehr lecker, genau wie das Frühstück, genug Auswahl von Brötchen zu Brot usw.
Sehr schöne Lage, gerade im Sommer zum Fahrrad fahren.
Die Räumlichkeiten sind riesig.

Cons:

Über die Sauberkeit lässt sich streiten, da das Reinigungspersonal auch zu wenig Zeit hat, für die Größe der Zimmer.
Der TV im Schlafzimmer ist zu tief im Schrank angebracht, so das man auch garnicht schauen kann.
Außerdem ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und es müsste mal renoviert werden.Neuer Teppich ,bzw rauß gerade in den Fluren, Wände gestrichen ,vom Holz und Flecken an sämtlichen stellen🙈mal abgesehen..Die Möbel ,genau wie die Küche in den Räumen ist alt🙈
Das trotz Aufenthalt ,seperat 10€ Parkplatzgebühren anfallen ist unverschämt..
Und leider ist kein Außenbereich für nach / oder an der Sauna vorhanden .

Trzymajcie się z daleka od tego syfu

Odradzam ten hotel, jest bardzo brudno, brudne w dużych plamach wykładziny, brudne ściany. Toaleta w pokoju śmierdzi moczem, brudna wanna. Kolacja: odgrzewane jedzenie - surowe w środku, podano Nam jeszcze częściowo zamrożone. Personel - masakra. Po wymeldowaniu przyszła do Nas rejestratorka, że mamy dopłacić 100 euro za zniszczenie apartamentu: niby porysowane sciany, zapchana toaleta, popsute szafki - wróciliśmy z personelem do pokoju - nie potrafiły pokazać tych zniszczeń bo ich nie było ! Podróżowaliśmy z 2 synami w wieku 14 i 16 lat. Pani sprzątająca wyzwała mnie po niemiecku od idiotek !!!! Na jej nieszczęście mój syn uczy się w szkole niemieckiego. Zrobiłam zdjęcia. Nie polecam, chamstwo, podłość i obrzydliwe zachowanie.

Hotel im Toplage mit herrlichem Ausblick auf den Rhein, nur die Gerüche im Zimmer waren bedauerlich.

Die Lage und der Ausblick.

Cons:

Unangenehmer anhaltender Geruch direkt bei Betreten der Suite. Erinnerte an Fischgeruch bzw. Tier Urin (Katze). Beanstandung an der Rezeption direkt erfolgt, Sichtung durch Personal war vom Gast angeboten, jedoch nicht umgesetzt, wäre glaubwürdig und nicht erforderlich. Angebot eines sofortigen jedoch kleineren Zimmers /Wechsels/hier: Nachbarzimmer wurde vom Gast angenommen. Doch auch dort dieser seltsame Geruch, jedoch nicht ganz so intensiv. Außerdem
fehlte in der vorhandenen App.küche
die komplette Ausstattung (Geschirr, Besteck, Gläser usw.) könnte man bei Bedarf an der Rezeption anfordern...? Gehört doch bei
diesem vorhandenen Mobiliar zur Grundausstattung, diese Methode gab es doch nur zu Coronazeiten, aber doch nicht mehr jetzt.
Schade für eine Suite mit diesem Ausblick. .
