I liked getting drunk at the pool and I like how they legit don’t care about using the pool as a toilet.
They are robbing bas****s. They give you a receipt for your deposit knowing full well I’m gonna be a steaming mess and they don’t give u back your deposit unless u have the stupid bit of paper, even if room is in good condition. Also the bar at the pool tries to rob you. Cheeky wee sh***s. They say card doesn’t work untill u say well I have no cash then they say oh go on then and let u use card. Also witnessed the fat specky guy double charge an Irish lad and then start a fight with him after he asked for his money back. The safe doesn’t work in the room. The rooms full of ants. The pillows smell like jd sports changing room. There’s lots more but I cba typing it all.
Stag do so u expect to be busy had loud in the strip however surprisingly when u got to bed the room was quiet as windows blocked alot of noise out
Breakfast Food was basic so ate on strip which was cheap and tasty

Mancano gli asciucacapelli ma per il resto la nostra camera al 4 piano aveva tutto:semplice ma funzionale per il nostro addio al nubilato.
Hotel was fine it is what it is for the money and location.
That man who runs the pool bar with the glasses needs to go. Attitude stinks and was caught more than once robbing people on the card machine when paying for drinks and when confronted became hostile towards everyone even with proof on the phone so we end up leaving the hotel and going else where. Beware of this man and check the transaction amount. Over charging by 20 to 40 euros at a time

Lokalizacja jest dobra bo sklepy, mnóstwo klubów i blisko na plażę. Przestronne dwa baseny z lezakami. Kazdy pokoj z balkonem.
Bardzo głośna okolica. Od rana do do 4 godziny nad ranem (po polnocy) non stop bardzo głośna muzyka z klubów i lokali przy hotelu przez co nie mozna spac bo nawet przy zamkniętym oknie bo ma sie wrażenie jak by sie bylo w srodku na dyskotece. W opisie przy rezerwacji jest notatka o ruchliwej ulicy i hałasie ale to jest nadzwyczajny hałas a bywałam juz w różnych miejscach z hałasem. Obsluga mogla by byc bardziej ludzka bo po poproszeniu o szklankę gorącej wody otrzymałam odmowę. Zgłosiliśmy rowniez problem ze światłem i kontaktem ale obsluga przyszła i nic z tym nie zrobila mówiąc, ze nie jest osobą techniczną i nie moze pomóc. Na drugi dzien rozmawiałyśmy z menadżerem, pani nas przeprosiła i w ramach tego otrzymaliśmy darmowe drinki co nie zmienia faktu ze takie zachowania nie powinny miec miejsca bez wzgledu na ilosc gwiazdek w danym miejscu.
Clean room, we had 4th floor and our room had been decorated with a more modern feel. Some of our group on the lower floors had more dated rooms.
Pool area was nice and location ideal if you want to be right on the strip for the nightlife.

Great location for ''the strip'' in Albufeira. Hotel staff are excellent. Rooms are basic and a bit dated BUT clean, tidy and comfortable.
Noise on the strip doesn't finish until 4 a.m. so getting to sleep can be a challenge if you haven't had a few drinks or, like I did, wear earplugs.
The staff and the hotel was very clean. The bar area was very nice and the DJ playing music was a nice touch.
The bed was uncomfortable. The noise was horrendous and the breakfast was poor.
