Bad
Pros:

I booked a room with roll in shower. I called holiday Inn about 2 pm to let them know we will be checking in about 10 pm. Very friendly, I will make a note of that,. We get there and the king size room for handicapped shower is not available due to mechanical issues. We got 2 seperate beds. So with a tub shower, it was same as no shower for us. Very sad. They should have called us and told us that what we booked was not available. No handicap facility that I booked and paid for. We need our money back.

Cons:

We went for a funeral nearby and was stuck in a room with not being able raise our legs over the tub to get in the shower.

Hotel was clean and accommodating. Just the two minor complaints.

Great stay. I meant to book the Staybridge, which I believe is about the same price, but it was good

Our room was next to the elevator and it wasn’t ready until 20 minutes until after check-in time

Cons:

The fact that I had to go and ask for a proper remote control to the TV, mount was broken. Would not function properly, front desk staff cannot tell me how to get a program guide on the TV. They weren't knowledgeable enough about the TVs.
