Så dårligt hotel der lugtede af kloak i hele hotellet🤢personalet kunne ikke engelsk overhovdet.

Jamen stort set alt personalet kunne ikke snakke engelsk og vi kunne kun få et kort til værelset fordi de ikke havde flere vores nat taxa som skulle køre os i lufthavnen og som kun køre for hotellet ville have mange flere penge end hvad vi havde aftalt med hotellet hold jer væk herfra og find et andet hotel..

Excellent location of the hotel - great if you want to explore the old town.
Pros:

The room was spacious and the place was extremely central so it made it very easy to get about. The hotel staff (Burhan) was very attentive. They had a good spread for breakfast as well

Cons:

The room clean up service was average. The sheets were not always made up properly and the coffee was not replenished (they gave us 2 sachets for 6 days) and when we asked them for more they said that it would be chargeable - we ended up buying our own. The rest of cleanliness was very good.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Khan Hotel in Antalya. The hotel was very clean, the location was excellent, and everything was well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!

A wonderful stay that I’d happily repeat.
Pros:

The location is amazing—right in the heart of everything. The staff are exceptionally friendly, especially the front desk team. A special thanks to the lovely lady at the information desk, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help.

Location was great. In the middle of the city. Good value for money. Very good breakfast. Big spacious room. Buraq at the front desk was very helpful

The door of the room had a weird lock/latch. The door would close very fast/hard, dangerous for children.

Enjoyable break with Friends
Pros:

Room was adequate but the bed was not comfortable.
Breakfast spread was catered for various nationalities with Turkish cuisine in mind, which was good, however, restaurant dinner buffet was limited, and dishes were not replenished when finished!

Cons:

I requested early-on for a room to be on quite side & away from lifts/elevators. However, I was given a room next to elevators!!!
