Pros:

The hotel was very clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious. The pool area was nice, and the breakfast was decent. The location was excellent—right in the city center and close to everything. Whenever we requested something, it was provided to us immediately, which I really appreciated.

Cons:

The breakfast could definitely be improved, especially in terms of quality and variety. The hotel also seemed to be overbooked during our stay, which made it quite crowded.

I also requested a late check-out, but unfortunately, they couldn’t offer even one extra hour, despite the fact that we had booked a full week at the hotel. I found this disappointing.

Finally, at around $200 per night, I feel the hotel is quite expensive for a four-star property, and at that price point, I would expect a little more in terms of service and overall experience.

Pros:

Близость к транспортным остановкам, вежливый персонал,делают пребывание в отеле максимально комфортным, очень удобная кровать,матрасы подушки, кондиционер.

Cons:

Не совсем соответствует выражению не понравилось,но немного не хватало на завтраках наличие рыбы, мясных блюд,но завтраки были сытными, хватало на целый день не быть голодным.

Pros:

Calme et propre. Piscine sympa. Chambre bien isolé du bruit entre les autres chambres.

Cons:

Fenêtres pas assez isolées pour le bruit extérieur, salle de sport en mauvaise état et pas assez fonctionnelle.
Certains membres du staff ne sont pas aimables et parlent très peu anglais, donc ne sont pas en mesure d’aider.

Pros:

My stay was great , thank you for hospitality and service, they welcome us with big smiles, we arrive late at night and we found our room ready not only that but they upgraded us to Suite with sea views, breakfast is great , swimming pool is very nice,location is great,special thanks to the manger , Eram and noor allah for the help and friendly spirits .

Good location and the hotel staff were really kind

The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. They helped us with everything and were always very patient and kind. The location is perfect, with everything you need nearby. The breakfast was also delicious! Definitely recommend this hotel ~malak
