Good hotel, disappointing guest service
Cons:

The hotel itself is well located and generally comfortable. However, we had a disappointing experience with the reception staff.

One of our two rooms was missing complimentary water, tea and coffee upon arrival. Instead of simply replacing the missing items, the receptionist insisted that housekeeping records showed everything had already been provided and suggested that we purchase refreshments from the restaurant.

The issue was not the value of the items. What was disappointing was the implication that we were somehow making a false claim. A simple apology and delivery of the missing amenities would have solved the situation in minutes.

The hotel facilities were fine, but this interaction left a negative impression and did not meet the level of service I would expect from a Best Western hotel.

Hotel średni, położenie w mieście może być atutem ale dla nas było dużym minusem, nawet na 8 piętrze było słychać hałas

Cons:

Przede wszystkim hałas, bardzo głośno dookoła. Przez ściany też słychać co się dzieje obok.

Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. It was our second time staying there. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable (recently renovated as well). You can use the spa for free from 6-9 pm. Breakfast buffet has a wide selection. Location is perfect - just a five minute walk to the old town and Marina, and just behind the main shopping street. The staff were very warm and friendly, especially Irem who was super helpful and sweet. 10/10.

Cons:

Spa shower could get an upgrade.
Gym was ok but it would be nice to have more machines.

Great location and tasty breakfast, with easy access to all the main attractions.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was excellent and very convenient. Everything was close by and within walking distance, including the city center, the old town/fortress area, the mall, and even the tram station. The breakfast was very delicious and enjoyable, and overall we had a comfortable stay.

Cons:

The gym was quite small, hot, and needed more equipment and better maintenance. Also, the swimming pool was still closed even though it was already the end of May.
