The location. It's a 10 min walk from the old town. It was close to the busy shopping street so I felt safer when walking after dark. The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. The view of the sea and the mountains stunning!
I was woken up every day at 4.50 due to the call for the prayer. But this is not the hotel's fault in any wayl. You just have to get used to it or have earplugs. From time to time there was a smell of cigarettes. Not sure where it was coming from (could not come from the room as it was not constant smell).

I had a wonderful stay at The Khan Hotel in Antalya's Old Town. The staff were incredibly polite and kind, and I felt genuinely looked after throughout my visit. My room was spacious, extremely comfortable, and perfect for having my own space to relax. As a solo traveller, I could not have asked for a better experience, I felt free to come and go as I wished and completely at ease. I would happily stay here again.

The attention of the employees. The balcony. . The breakfast with omellet station. The location, close tobtrams, metro, coast, colonial city...
They had construction projects going on, but it is understandable, they want to renew the facility.

The swimming pool was closed and there was some renovations work which make it a little bit noisy
But that was ok since the location was really good
Breakfast was good, and the overall setup was good as well. The location of the hotel is also exceptionally good. The room size is just right.
It was hot, and the technician set the air conditioning to the winter setting. There was no way to adjust the temperature of the room to my liking or comfort. The front desk also refused to help, and I couldn't find a solution until checkout. I had to open the window and spend the night with traffic noise and late-night drunk pedestrians yelling.
Additionally, the bathroom had a clogged drain, causing water to accumulate after each shower and spill over into the room. This was a clear indication of poor housekeeping.
La habitación es muy amplia y bien equipada. El baño muy lindo con muy buena ducha. El desayuno muy variado y completo.
Llegamos tarde a la noche en auto y la zona nos resulto un poco complicada para movernos.

ventilation was very off and could not be controlled. Upon inquiry from staff at the desk; they said the temperature cant be modified and the ventiliation can be checked in the morning. after we checked out and i asked for water from the desk; they said you will have to buy the water. so we got only 2 small bottles of water in total from the hotel. no one picks up the phone when you call from the room.
Nous sommes arrivés en fin de soirée et la jeune Irem nous a bien accueilli et a pris son temps pour nous conseiller et nous orienter et avec le sourire.

Die Lage in der Fußgängerzone und die Nähe zur Altstadt war fürs Sightseeing perfekt.
Das landestypische Frühstück war sehr umfangreich, sauber und ordentlich angerichtet. Frische Eierspeisen wurden auf Wunsch zubereitet.
Das kostenlose WLAn hat gut funktioniert.
Im Hotel fanden Bauarbeiten statt, teilweise bis 21h abends.
Die gesamte Poolanlage wurde renoviert- es gab keinen Pool und man hatte keinen Aussenbereich um ein paar Stunden zu relaxen.
