The best western Kahn hotel totally exceeded my expectations in every way, the breakfast was amazing, it had everything you could want for me it was muesli and yoghurt and I loved the fruits, a lot of it was fresh so I was impressed by that, I also loved the selection of breads for toast and the selection of jams. They also had an array of every other kind of food. The location was so central, just a stones throw from the old town and harbour. The bed was cosy and the shower was the best shower experience iv had in a hotel. The staff always had a friendly face behind the desk. Every member of staff was genuinely helpful and so nice. We loved our stay here and we will definitely be back!!! P.s the housekeeper was so friendly and was very kind in making sure we had everything we needed!

Cons:

The only thing was the pillow was quite thick but I'm sure i could of requested a thinner one if I had of asked.

Wonderful Staff and Amenities
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay at the Best Western Plus Khan Hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel has a restaurant, bar, fitness center, and a spa. Staff speak English, and are very helpful. Recommend.

Overall a pleasant experience with some minor issues
Pros:

Excellent staff and service, including the spa and sauna facilities which we used during our stay. The breakfast was very good and offered a lot of options. Also, the red room lounge on the top floor was a pleasant surprise.

Cons:

Upon arrival, my partner and I found that our room had two single beds instead of a double bed as we had requested. There was also a very bad smell in the bathroom that would not go away. However, once we were moved to another room two nights later, both issues were resolved. During our stay, we had the unpleasant surprise that there were extensive internal renovations (I think to do with the pipes), which increased the noise level.

Pros:

Great location and quality of the rooms, helpful staff, clean. Breakfast buffet has plenty of options and decent coffee.

Cons:

Gym is on a smaller side. One of the treadmills was broken, I couldn't use it.
