Zentrale Lage in der Innenstadt, Nicht weit zum Hafen.

Cons:

Großbaustelle mit Lärm bis in den späten Abend. Andere Gäste wurden vorab informiert wie leider nicht.

Lovely quirky hotel. Perfect family rooms.
Pros:

Great location and great breakfast.

Big spacey rooms

Super comfortable bed mattress

Quick response from reception / room service when needed.

Super friendly and helpful staff. (especially the women in reception)

Cons:

Thick non ventilating quilts and pillows = sweaty nights.

AC only 20 degrees

Slow elevators.

Pool closed for majority of the year.

Bathroom door in 409 not closing and not able to lock it:

Balcony slide door is sluggish and hard to open and close (room 409)

WiFi works on and off depending on where your room is located.

Hard to access HDMI port for the TV’s.

Leg machine in gym desperately needs service, it’s super sluggish and does not work as intended.

Needs quick-access cleaning equipment in the gym to be able to clean machines and benches after using.

The supplied bath-slippers are super slippery and straight up dangerous to use in the bathroom. No grip at all.

كانت سيئة وعمال النظافة للينظفون الغرف بعد الظهر

التحكم بالتكييف من الرسبشن وتحويل مروحة المكيف الى دفاية وعدم شغل المكيف وعند فتح البلكونات اصوات الشارع وسيارات الزبالة والموتر سيكلات لاتجعلك تنام ليلاً ولانهاراً وان اغلقت الشباك اختنقت عطفاً على انهم ادخلوا عمال البوية للبلكون اثناء ايجارنا للغرفة وقالوا لايوجد غرفة بديلة وان هذه اوامر حكومية بضرب البلكونات

Pros:

The location is great, size of the room and equipment very good. Too bad the balcony was very small but the view on the sea is nice !
There is a sauna and hammam which is very nice, the gym is ok too

Cons:

- Housekeeping entered my room 1x, I said no I'm there, they knocked again and entered again a 2nd time....so unprofessionnal....
- There was like an old smell of cigarette in the room, really not nice.

Завтрак неплохой, расположение близкое к старому городу.
Но в Рамадан под окном постоянно пели в мечети, ночью будило.

Cons:

В туалете пахло канализацией. Персонал и сервис отвратительные: что ни попросишь, гонят обращаться куда-то в другое место — обращаешься туда, оттуда снова куда-то перенаправляют.
Попросили бокалы в номер для вина — сначала отказали под предлогом того, что у них гость разбил и порезался (при этом стеклянные стаканы в номере есть), а потом решили все-таки дать, но такие жуткие, исцарапанные — позор.

Pros:

A while ago, during our trip to Antalya, Turkey, we had the opportunity to stay at this hotel. The hotel’s location was quite good. However, the room and bathroom were small. The amenities in both the room and bathroom were basic. The breakfast options were also limited in variety. Overall, the other services of the hotel were satisfactory.
