Amazing! We will definitely be staying here again in the future!
Pros:

We love everything about this hotel. This is my go-to-hotel every time we’re in town. Location is great, price is great, and the hotel itself (staff, facility, amenities, etc) is all great!

Cons:

We never have any complaints here. As long as my husband has his water pressure he’s good, and he did! lol.

if all you need is a cot in a covered setting
Pros:

the bed and room seemed to have been cleaned. the bed may have had new sheets on it.

Cons:

i thought i might stay and use the 'breakfast area' for an important meeting. the accommodations were so sparse and inadequate. two tables and some chairs...i left after 4 hours.

Amazing comfortable food was delicious
Pros:

Everything was perfect even down to the morning. Breakfast room was very clean. Staff was informative and very sweet.

Disappointing stay
Pros:

The size of the double queen size beds was decent, the space was adequate. The breakfast had a variety of options from hot to cold foods.

Cons:

We killed like four small roaches in our room, which was disgusting because they were on top of the restroom counter with our personal belongings. This is the reason why we didn't eat breakfast at that hotel. The AC started off nice and cold, then in the middle of the night it was hot, it didn't cool anymore. The front desk female clerk in the evening seemed like she was having a rough day, did not smile, greet me, or give me eye contact. Just told me to read some disclosures and sign. I don't think I would be staying here.

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

There were several roaches in the room. I took pictures and tried to get the manager but was NO WHERE to be found. I had to book a different place. I request a credit for the night I did not star and they denied. I am going to put my pictures on all reviews and the TERRIBLE customer service I received. Im not even mentioning TV didnt work. I just wanted a CLEAN and not a bug infested room.

Great location, nice hotel, recommend highly!
Pros:

The property is located by 2 major highways in the northern San Antonio area and it is easy to get anywhere in San Antonio from there because of this. The room we had (2 queen bed suite with sitting area and kitchen) was nice and comfy for the 4 of us.

Cons:

Highway traffic can get loud during rush hours but it was not a problem over night.
