Comfortable place to rest
Pros:

There are shuttle buses from and to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. The room is clean. Breakfast provided is good. The staff are nice.

Cons:

The hair dryer started working the time you plug it into the socket. (There was a note but it was not easy to notice.)

The room was clean, and the staff friendly. Convenient airport shuttle.

Cons:

Only one plug worked in my room and I had to prop the phone up to the cord to keep the plug in.
I didn't have a car and there were no food establishments nearby.

The room was clean.

Cons:

The staff deceived and lied to us about the airport shuttle. I called and talked to people and chatted about the shuttle. I was told is was very reliable. When I asked to schedule it at 330 am over the phone, they said no problem, we do that at check in. At check in they told us it only runs on the hour and that is the way it always is. This was not a new policy and it was something that would have been very helpful to know as we picked here to maximize sleep but that was a waste because of the blatant lying.

A clean and convenient stay with free airport shuttle service and parking.
Pros:

They offer free airport shuttle service both ways, as well as free parking, which is very convenient. The room was very clean.

Cons:

The body wash in the bathroom was empty. The housekeeping staff only spoke Spanish, but after some gesturing and hand motions, I still managed to get a bar of soap.

Pros:

La cercanía al aeropuerto y el traslado. La amplitud de la habitación y el personal, sobre todo la señora mexicana del desayuno, encantadora .
Es la tercera vez que vengo a este motel.

Cons:

Una cosa que siempre tienen estos moteles es que no tienen ascensor para la planta superior, pero es normal en USA.
