Dirty unsafe
It was dingy and not well kept at all. There were zero blankets and everything was well beyond its shelf life. Had the advertisement shower anything close to the real place, I would not have booked.
The room was comfortable but phone was inoperable entire stay.
2 stars because it's a bed for $60 a night with free parking and close proximity to food and groceries. One of the front desk staff was helpful to a point. Elevator is a CSI scene, showers dirty, bedding is a concern, smells like weed is being grown in the rooms and smoked through the building.
With that being said, this hotel needs to have more than paint slapped on the walls. It truly should get a full renovation or advertise for hourly rooms.
The 1st impression is that they are trying to update this hotel but as soon as you look closer and step into the elevator even, you realize it is bad. The elevator has scratched off paint, dirt piled up and turf as a rug. It smells. Upstairs on the 2nd floor where our room was located, you can see the fresh paint but it was not done very well. Literally slapped on the walls. There is splatters across all the flooring, in the hallway and the rooms. The door to our room stuck and would not close without pulling hard. The room smelled musty and sour with the taint of weed. There was no sitting area as advertised in the pictures on hotels.com. There was no toilet paper ANYWHERE in the room or bathroom and no toilet paper roll rod to hold toilet paper even if we had it. There were only 2 towels in the bathroom for 2 people to dry off with. Usually there are 4 towels.
The comforter has holes in it. Stains on the wall. There was an ironing board but no iron.
The room was below average- spacious but ghetto. Smelled of smoke (weed) despite
Roaches in the room, shower curtain so
porous you'll swim out of your bathroom, the bed is a small pad on plywood and uncomfortable
Seen a roach in restroom as soon as I got there. Room had a terrible odor. Hair was on pillow case and sheets. Air conditioner had mold on it.
Bugs in bathroom advertised two queens bids they were doubles no clean towel replacement noise and street people in the halls no breakfast bar
The receptionist was no where to be found to check ne in. I rung the service be for 15 min. Finally he comes around the corner checks me in, I go to my room and there were roaches on the wall and white crumbs on the bed I left immediately didn't even ask for a refund smh.
Roaches in room
I genuinely mean it when I say this was the ugliest and most unsafe hotel I've ever stayed at. I was struggling to find a piece of hotel equipment that want damaged. I'll only speak on my hotel room but the whole hotel is trashy... There are holes in walls, the shower head didn't work at all, the blow dryer catches on fire, they give you essentially a bed sheet to cover up with, I mean the list goes on. The staff did what they needed to I guess, but as far as safe and clean, this hotel isn't that. People outside asking if we sell powder?!
Yeah this place and it.
They lie about breakfast
This was a nightmare roaches dirty sheets and towels. I wanted a refund cause I wouldn’t let my worst enemy stay here. Lease don’t waste your time and money. YOU WILL NOT LIKE IT HERE I THOUGHT I WAS IN A NIGHTMARE. I
the room was dirty. The smell was horrible.
Great stay this time
I dont know why I never got my rewards points for this stay and I just noticed this. I ended up upgrading to their jacuzee room and paying about 700 bucks for my 7 day trip, instead of the a little over 300 I was quoted for when i booked and I wasn’t trying to be a Karen, I would have been okay with just getting the Onekey rewards I had been originally supposed to get with my booking, but no, these people just took away my Onekey rewards all together like if I would have cancelled or something, when I’m actuality, I decided to pay for their top room instead. That’s horrible business ethics. That on top of them trying to charge me almost double what my per night amount was when I paid for the 7 days, when I tried to add an additional night is the reason I would never recommend this establishment
The bed had a lump in it. There was a big hole in the floor, the fan makes a loud cracking noise when you turn on the light in the bathroom. There was no carpet on the floor and the blankets had holes. The place needs an update.
I don't recommend if budget is not an issue, this area had many many roaches, my door was missing a lock and siding, tub was dirty, and there was a fighting in the hallway at 7 am that was not managed until after 8. Front attendants were unprofessional.
I booked here to meet up friends from out of state for our trip to the Renaissance Festival. When we arrived, the people working were less than happy to help us and I was told the Non-Smoking King Suite that I reserved the month prior was not available, but I had the option of a room with two Queen's or a Smoking King Suite. My boyfriend and I shrugged and went with the Smoking, we wanted a big bed, and went up to the third floor to the available room. When we walked in the first thing that hit us was the smell... the second were the giant roaches running around like they owned the place. We popped down to our friend's room (Room 211) to drop off our items and saw that their room was just as bad, though minus the roaches. (From what we saw.) The floor was unstable, a leak went from the bathroom down the room to below the air conditioning where a hole had formed. I could almost feel the room flex under my weight. We ended up getting a new room because we had to have a place to stay and went with the two queens. It wasn't bad but it wasn't great. The mattresses were off, very old, and could use updating, as were the pillows. Almost everything had burn marks or stains. The freezer had mold growing in it, the room was missing everything that was in the online pictures minus the beds and tv. It was just very... deceiving. I had hope when I walked in, even with the obvious prostitutes walking in and out and the smell of weed. We walked in and there were gaudy fancy couches and a fancy chandelier. But beyond that it was just a dump. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay where you don't mind hookers and homeless roaming, an occasional masked man leaving the hotel (I kid you not a man walked out with a full on ski mask as we were entering), no breakfast, dirty sheets and towels and sharing a room with roaches, this is your place. If not, maybe spend the few extra dollars and get a room somewhere you don't have to worry about bringing bedbugs home or getting mugged.
