La atención del personal fue muy buena. La ubicación es excelente, a metros de la estación central. Cómodo y el desayuno muy rico.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et fonctionnelles, la propreté de l’établissement, le personnel très sympathique et le petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité. L’emplacement est exceptionnel en plein centre et près de toutes les commodités.

The main light/lamp in the room was not working. The technician ordered a new one but it probably arrived after our stay.

I have been to Brussels several times and, having stayed in hotels in almost 100 countries, I can honestly say that this is one of my first five favourite city hotels ever.
We slept exceptionally well here — the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the coffee was really good, which matters a lot to us! 😊
The location is simply perfect: right next to Brussels-Central station, just 4 minutes by train from Bruxelles-Midi, and only a couple of steps from the Grand-Place and the Magritte Museum. And for the brave — the legendary Delirium Café! 😉 There are plenty of great restaurants, cafés and, of course, chocolate shops all around. There really is something for everyone.
I used to like Brussels. Thanks to 9Hotel Central, I now LOVE it. We will definitely be back!

El elevador necesita mantenimiento, el piso esta deteriorado y la pantalla no se ve bien. La alformbra en la sala de espera frente a la recepcion esta suelta y es un peligro para caminar. Las habitaciones que dan a la calle no filtran muy bien el ruido, afecta al dormir.
