Lovely hotel in an ideal location from the airport
Pros:

The breakfast was very good and the staff were really friendly and helpful . We also ate in the restaurant which was lovely as we were able to sit outside . The restaurant menu was also good with lots of choices .The bedroom was a really good size and bed was super comfortable.

Cons:

The shuttle from the airport was running on a reduced schedule so we did need a taxi from the airport after dropping of our hire car but a short journey none the less

It was welcoming with lots of setting for visitors and guest.
Pros:

I do not recall it being offered as I departed at 6:30 am. Staff service over all was great. The restauarnt was welcoming. Starbucks was closed.

Cons:

There were parts of the facility that seemed questionable. Some area's of the floor were not cleaned. Trash that someone had left was in the elevator.

We will return in June!
Pros:

One would think that the biggest plus for this hotel was it’s proximity to the airport, and that is a plus because you can get a free shuttle to the hotel from the airport, but the staff is what made our stay special.
The hotel is a little dated, but very clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable and we were able to get a good night sleep.
The restaurant, Harold’s was outstanding! We ordered two appetizers thinking we could always get something later if still hungry. The appetizers were enormous and we could not even finish them and were delicious.
The buffet breakfast was also good.
Would we return again? Absolutely and will be back in June.

The staff is thoughtful and kind
Pros:

We last stayed at the Sheraton Airport Hotel in January 2020. In our most recent visit in February 2026, it felt like coming back home. The hotel is calm, comfortable and clean. It hosts a lot of people and there is a lot of guest turnover each night. We were already familiar with the hotel and its layout and amenities.
Our rate included Breakfast each morning. Buffet was available but we chose to eat off the menu. The breakfast dishes were well prepared. The coffee and orange juice were delicious and always welcome.
We had access to the Concierge lounge as well. The lounge was quiet and snacks plentiful. Since the hotel was undergoing a remodel during out stay, not all services in the Concierge lounge were available. To compensate, the hotel gave us supplemental vouchers for a daily appetizer and alcoholic drink in the main bar/restaurant area of the hotel - very thoughtful and generous of them.
I'd like to thank Jimmy, Nalini and the entire staff at the Sheraton for your thoughtfulness, kindness and great service.

Central location, close to major shopping mall and food and beverage outlets.
Pros:

Free 24/7 airport shuttle a big plus. The driver was super friendly and a joy to talk to. Typical Sheraton bed (very comfy), room.eas.clran. I got assigned a renovated room in the west tower, where the club lounge is located.

Comfy rooms, peaceful close to amenities
Pros:

Location isn't far from anything. food around. mall within walking distance. rooms were clean and comfortable. plenty of parking, ease of finding elevator and room. Option of opting out of room service. room attendants were friendly and polite.

Cons:

that you could hear your neighbors conversation. No fan in the bathrooms. air circulation wasn't that great i woke up with a cold.
