Comfy rooms, peaceful close to amenities
Pros:

Location isn't far from anything. food around. mall within walking distance. rooms were clean and comfortable. plenty of parking, ease of finding elevator and room. Option of opting out of room service. room attendants were friendly and polite.

Cons:

that you could hear your neighbors conversation. No fan in the bathrooms. air circulation wasn't that great i woke up with a cold.

Nice hotel
Pros:

The atmosphere is calm and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay.
The rooms are cosy and clean.
The outside views are also pretty good.
The staff are friendly and helpful.
The breakfast offers a good variety and is nutritious.
Overall, it is excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Good good and accommodations. The waiter in the restaurant was great. The reception staff was lousy and one was flat out

Clean, modern and obviously well cared for

Cons:

One of the receptionist was rude. The room wasn’t ready until 6:00 when we were supposed to check-in at 4:00. Plus the room we purchased was changed at the last minute.

Highly recommended and The people make the difference

We are an international business couple VIPS with one world airlines as life members. And Titanium Marriott members. Im sure you agree hotels are mostly the same , but its the personal service that can make a difference. We want to take the time to commend Julius and Jimmy in the restaurant, Joe at the bar and at reception, Marium, Vivian and Loretta, their warm smiles, showing genuine personal interest in us. Nothing was too much trouble. Thanks you all and we highly recommend with compliments to the management for their quality staff training. In addition a top of the line gym, and food is great

I chose the Sheraton as it was the highest rated in close proximity to the hospital.
Pros:

The convenience to the Richmond Hospital and the employee service and attitude

Cons:

The hairdryer was substandard and the coffee pot in the room was entirely inoperable

Great stay
Pros:

We had a great stay here at the Sheraton. The staff was super nice and the rooms were comfortable. I definitely would recommend checking this spot out if you're in the area. Local to a lot of great restaurants nearby.

A overnight stay I do miss the wine glasses at the bar they use the glass cups now. Breakfast was great.

Front Receptionist Andrea. She is always friendly with a smile and it is so to nice her everyone we visit.

做Check in 时的前台那位女士态度非常差，很不友好！原因是瞧不起Booking .com 的客人！ 我预定时明明看见是包含早餐的，结果她却说不包早餐，还让我自己联系booking.com 。我说如果这样麻烦的话，那我就要取消订单区别的酒店了，后来她叫来了值班经理，幸运的是这位值班经理非常Nice！ 听了我的解说后，给了我们早餐卡。后来进入房间后，发现房间在二楼，窗户外没有风景，看到的是二楼楼顶的一些设备。 我想说的是作为四星级的酒店，我们付的钱也不算便宜$474 一晚，真的是不值！

Pros:

Stayed here while a family member had surgery and a few days post op before flying home. What a beautiful hotel with friendly staff and easily walkable to/from hospital, a nice park across from it and easily walkable to the mall.
