All very fine
Breakfast service with scrambled eggs from powdered eggs and not whole/fresh eggs. A broader assortment of youghurt for breakfast is needed.
The place and bedroom were perfect and convenient. Clean and tidy . the reception staff was great and and helpful !!

The property is well located, bed is confortable and the are 2 rooms and a small kitchen.
The breakfast is good and there is an outside terrace
They charge you $100 for the pet up to 4 nights (more expensive after) because they say they need extra cleaning. But when you come into the room you realize that they did not even clean properly and they is for instance a bunch of cherry on the floor (see picture). So I can’t imagine what it is with pet hairs…. And one of the towels had a suspicious brown stain.
I came in 1 week before the stay to check the pet policy because after 3 mails I had no answer. They told me it is $75. But then they asked me $100, and the explanation was « we did not charge the right pet policy ». Well that is a 33% increase!!!

We like the location
We booked for 5 adults, but we got one king bed and a sofa bed.
The bath sink cracked, no vent out.
Dirty bedroom
We stayed for 22 nights for birth of our first grandchild. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast staff and food. Quiet and comfortable. Easy walk to many restaurants: Free parking!
Low water pressure in our shower. The AC fan blew at very high speed and couldn’t control to low level, so either really cold or nothing.
Good location. Easy access to alewife trainstation. Nice employees, service minded.
AC makes a lot of noise and it becomes pretty warm in the room during night when it’s warm outside.
Breakfast was very simple. Scrambled eggs are made on powder. Would be good to see some more bread, home made eggs and bacons. And maybe some ham or cheese to put on the bread.

No sheets for the bed we reserved. So that bed was not made when we arrived. The hotel did not make it. We pieced elements together ourselves
The room is spacious. The breakfast is great.
The thermostat ran out of the battery.
Suites correctes, mais j’ai du avoir une cuisine dont je n’avais aucun besoin: ils n’ont pas de chambres. Petit déjeuner ok mais peu varié et la cuisine paraît assez sale. Prix raisonnables.
Aucun charme, c’est vraiment l’hôtel de chaîne de moyenne gamme.
