Отличен персонал и местоположение, но липсват удобства и 4-те звезди са надценени.
Pros:

Персоналът си беше на мястото и беше отзивчив - да отреагира за отпушване на тоалетната /предполагам, че сградата има проблем с канализацията/, да ни донесе столове. Доволни сме от камериерките и чистотата, не ни липсваше тоалетна хартия, шампоан, душ-гел. Екстра голямото легло наистина е голямо и удобно, с качествено спално бельо и по 2 възглавници на човек. Хубави хавлиени кърпи + халати. Климатизацията работеше. Стаята гледаше към улицата, но не беше шумно дори при отворен прозорец. И с това положителните неща се изчерпват.

Cons:

Хотелът имитира лукс и му липсва функционалност и удобства, особено с претенции за 4 звезди и доста висока цена. В стаята няма хладилник, няма нито един стол, няма масичка. Тоалетната е точно 80 х 70 см. и мъж с нормален ръст не се събира вътре. /Отсядали сме тук в стая 35 кв. м., която е с малко по-голяма тоалетна, но също тясна като размер./ Банята е чиста и удобна, но няма достатъчно закачалки. Настаняването на трети възрастен/дете е единствено на разтегателно канапе.
Закуската е силно ограничена като предлагане, бедна бих казала. И освен това персоналът не зареждаше изчерпалите се продукти, ако не им кажем. Много често нямаше дори хляб, при положение, че гостите на закуска бяхме малко. Единият от капаците на колбасите е счупен от миналата година и нито го сменят, нито го поправят.
Има и разни други неща, които са дребни, но дразнещи.
Хотелът се опитва да компенсира с персонал, който да отстранява текущите проблеми, но трябва да се помисли за базисно подобряване на удобствата.

Gammalt anrikt hotel med stängd takterrass
Pros:

Vackert rum med bra läge. Parkering fanns i närheten.

Cons:

Besviken över att takterrassen var stängd. Står ingenstans. Falsk marknadsföring.
Vi hade sett fram emot att få sitta där. Baren också stängd såhär en söndag i slutet av maj.

Exceeded expectations - great room and view
Pros:

Loved the location, the room had a great view of the square and fountain below so you felt the atmosphere from your room. The rooftop bar was great and the staff so friendly
