Si nous revenons à Lille, nous séjournerons certainement à nouveau dans cet hôtel.
Pros:

-Emplacement idéal pour visiter Lille, à deux pas de tous les sites touristiques de la ville, ainsi que du métro.
Syndicat d'initiative tout proche.
-Accueil très aimable, 24/24, possibilité de laisser les valises en consigne à l'arrivée (si la chambre n'est pas encore disponible), comme au départ (si l'on souhaite continuer les visites en journée)
-Petit déjeuner continental et varié, salle très accueillante et cosy
-Chambre très propre, au calme et avec des lits jumeaux comme demandé dans mon mail au moment de la réservation car je voyageais avec ma fille. Lits confortables, deux oreillers de densité différente pour satisfaire toutes les cervicales. des prises électriques accessibles en nombre suffisant
-Très bonne isolation thermique et phonique

Cons:

-Le salon d'accueil est très bien aménagé, décoré et est très cosy, avec des senteurs très agréables, mais malheureusement pas bien chauffé : la porte d'entrée automatique ne disposant pas de sas, à chaque ouverture l'air froid de février entre dans le hall où nous nous reposions avant de repartir prendre notre train.
-Le roof-top n'est pas accessible toute la journée : en février de 17h à 22h, et manque de chance il était privatisé les deux soirs de notre séjour...
-La salle de bain était bien équipée, propre mais très exigüe pour 2 personnes ; heureusement il y a deux autres grands miroirs dans la chambre. Il manque une ou deux étagères pour poser les trousses de toilette.
-Ces petits inconvénients ne ternissent pas notre séjour qui a été très agréable

I travel a lot to Lille for work and wanted to try a different hotel this time, a mistake.
Pros:

Room was small more bargain hotel size than was expected. Requests made at the time of booking were ignored. Hotel corridor/floor smelled of damp, carpet in the room was not clean and had bleach stains.

Room size/comfort - not what was expected.
