Traditionshotel im Herzen von Lille
Pros:

Wunderschön am Grand Place gelegenes Traditionshotel. Herrlicher Ausblick aus dem Zimmer. Die Einrichtung bewahrt mit vielen antiken Möbeln und einem Marmorbad ein Stück "Gute alte Zeit". Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Sehr bequemes Bett, Zubereitung von Kaffee im Zimmer möglich, eine Karaffe für den Wasserspender steht bereit. Das Frühstück bot sehr viel Auswahl.

Cons:

Das Rührei war offensichtlich aus Fertigei zubereitet.

Uitstekend hotel
Pros:

Hotel zag er netjes en goed uit. Niks op aan te merken! De liggings is echt perfect 10/10! Middenin het centrum van lille en alles op loopafstand van het hotel

Cons:

Vanuit de kamer kan je bijna alles horen op de gang en de vloer piept en kraakt als de mensen boven je lopen.

The location is great. The staff friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast good.

Cons:

I don’t think the 4 stars rating reflects the current situation. We stayed in a Prestige room for which a premium is paid. The television only had French programmes despite a number of foreign tourists and businesses people staying. There was also no fridge, though the hotel does provide chilled water stations. When we arrived we were told the small rooftop bar would only be open two nights or so during our stay. We were not aware that the downstairs bar would also be closed. Not a great problem given our location but an inconvenience. Sometimes after a busy day you want to relax at the hotel rather than be searching for a table elsewhere. On the 4th floor where our room was is an off putting stain on the hallway carpet leading to the lift that should be remedied. All this said, I can only commend the staff.

Quelques petits défauts subalternes: a rideau décroché, la chasse d'eau qui ne fonctionnait pas très bien et une porte dont la peinture était en mauvais état
Mais le séjour était vraiment très très agréable !
