Very pleasant time in Lille. People were extremely friendly everywhere and great customer service
Pros:

Bed was very very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was good to have free water in reception (fizzy, still or hot). Bathroom was very nice. Location was excellent, with a bus stop nearby with bakery and small supermarket close by.

Cons:

The room had a faded net curtain with a large hole in it. It would have looked much better with new white net curtains. The small shelf above the radiator was hanging off the wall. The room was a bit small but manageable as we were out most of the day.

Pros:

Nous avons eu un excellent séjour à l’Hôtel De La Treille, idéalement situé au cœur du Vieux-Lille. Il se trouve à un petit quart d’heure à pied de la gare TGV Lille-Europe. Parking Indigo Lille Parc Vieux-Lille est à 5 mn à pied. A notre arrivée, l’accueil est sympa et professionnel : l’équipe est souriante, disponible et véritablement soucieuse du confort de ses clients.

Les chambres sont décorées avec goût, alliant charme classique et touches modernes. Elles sont propres, bien insonorisées et confortables. La literie est de bonne qualité.

L’emplacement est l’un des grands atouts de l’hôtel : à deux pas des ruelles typiques du Vieux-Lille, des restaurants, des boutiques et des principaux sites touristiques. Tout peut se faire à pied, ce qui est très appréciable.

Le petit-déjeuner est varié, frais (sauf peut-être pour certains fruits, un peu trop mûrs 😉) et savoureux, parfait pour bien démarrer la journée.

L’Hôtel De La Treille est une adresse pleine de charme, offrant un rapport qualité prix acceptable et une expérience authentiquement lilloise. Je le recommande.

Cons:

Fermeture du bar le soir à 21h. Dommage.

Lille is een leuke stad en dit hotel staat voor een bezoek aan de binnenstad op de perfecte plaats.
Pros:

De locatie en het vriendelijke personeel.

Cons:

Fruit bij het ontbijt was niet erg vers. Ventilatie in de kamer was beperkt. Mee raam open slapen is aan de voorzijde van het hotel niet mogelijk (te veel lawaai).

Parfait, Hôtel très bien situé.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé dans le vieux Lille à quelques centaines de mètres du centre et de la gare Lille Flandres.
Très bon accueil par un personnel aux petits soins. C'était parfait pour un séjour touristique de 2 jours.
