Thee was no breakfast pictures on the website was not what the hotel shows the room was disgusting and drapes were filthy. The refrigerator that was supposed to be in my room was outside of my room broken. There were no towels. There was blood on a pillow. it was overall disgusting and not at all comparable to what the website said. It was demanding a full refund.

We did not stay here. He would not accept our payment. Wanted only cash. We left and went to the Hilton garden inn instead.
Staff not accommodating. We walked out to stay elsewhere, knowing he stated we could not cancel with booking.com. Very disappointing customer service.🥺
I liked the size of the room and it was comfortable
Staff was very rude shower wouldn't work where they had to keep sending us to other rooms just to take a shower and gave a handicapped room shower as well knowing we weren't handicapped. When we needed fresh towels toiletries etc. The staff was rude seemed to not wanted to be bothered and we stayed for 6 7 days there and been nothing but issues sink would clog up for not reason. It was hard to even get our room cleaned and even had to go and wash our own sheets and spend our own personal money
Breakfast my a$$!!! There was coffee and plastic wrapped cinnamon buns in a fridge. Thats it

The rooms were never taken care of. The cleanliness was terrible. I had to go to reception 25 times. In the end, I left the hotel.
Bed was comfortable
Breakfast was meager. Super 8 is overpriced for what you get. Seems like all the hotels off of I-95 are more expensive than they ought to be. As the least expensive option you won't get much for what you are paying for other than a bed and a bathroom.
Where to start.. Oh they advertised having breakfast. Well good luck with that. The receptionist informed me that they haven't served breakfast since COVID but never took the information down on their website. The room was ok until we looked around. There were holes in the ceiling of the bathroom, and really all around all of the electrical plates. No phone, a couple of lights didn't have bulbs in them, so there was limited lighting. The place was pretty clean though and the bed was very comfortable. The woman who cleaned it was very helpful. We needed a blanket and another pillow. Although they did not speak English we were able to understand each other.
What didn't I you ask? How about having what you advertised. Breakfast would be a good start....
