Super 8 by Wyndham Sioux Falls/41st Street

Carpet need to be cleaned, need skirt had some white substance on it when what also all over the carpet. There was red lipstick on the bsthroom light switch, also on the curtains. Walls in bathroom had some splattered on it.

They required a $50 deposit which seems unreasonable-it appears to be a way to extort. They took down breakfast ahead of time that was specified. Front desk person was friendly and helpful.

I booked a particular room that I have stayed in often. The room has been poorly maintained. Jetted tub is in a poor state. Bathroom faucet is rusty and corroded. Staff has to do NOTHING for check in or check out as they require online check ins and check outs. When arriving, staff was extremely rude. He had to only hand me my key and give basic info and he acted like that was an inconvenience. Hot items at breakfast were COLD. I took to my room and reheated them there. I doubt I will ever stay here again despite always have chosen this hotel.

Room was DIRTY, parking lot was full and dimly lit. They advertised they have a pool and hot tub but they don’t. I wouldn’t stay there again

Breakfast was good

Booked it quick for an overnight stay before my wife's surgery at a local hospital in Sioux Falls. The hotel Room was just what we needed... I would have liked another bar or two of hotel soap. Between the two of us we used up the soap we had. Nice people at the front desk!

The hotel itself seemed very nice however the room and halls were not great. The room seemed to recently have had a flood inside. It smelled very musty and gross. The furniture all seemed to have water marks on the bottoms and the carpet felt wet. The hall was littered with what I assumed to be drug needles and smelt of weed. The chair in the room I am happy I looked at before sitting as it was separating and broke.

Property looks clean and in good conditions. Front desk person was polite and diligent.

Surprised at the good reviews. This place was dingy and smelly. Hallway carpet was disgusting and dirty, the entire hallway stank. No one at the front desk for a bit of time when I arrived. In the room, musty odor. Though the room and sheets seemed clean, upholstered chairs were downright dirty and looked like they spent some time in the trash before making it to the room. The place felt a little unsafe too, with a bunch of “workers” hanging out at the back door, which is supposed to be key entry but was open the entire time. With so many other options in the area, I really wish I chose somewhere else but I didn’t know and relied on the reviews which I’m shocked at. My room was 104 and I was there for one night. Do not recommend at all. Go to the Best Western, looked so much better.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff

Check-in was easy, took less than 5 minutes and the clerk was friendly. Plenty of parking. The lobby and hallways were all very clean, as was our room. The room was surprisingly quiet, especially considering the buildings' proximity to the interstate, and a busy street out front. We would stay again.
