Hotel Zessa Orange County Airport, a DoubleTree by Hilton

Hotel Zessa hosted our annual Gala (for the 2nd year), and it was perfect. Caroline was such a breeze to work with. I appreciated her clear communication and attention to detail. Events can be overwhelming, but having Caroline and Hotel Zessa was a blessing!

Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel.
After a long day I arrived here to find a warm greeting from Douglas. Upon check-in, there was a problem with my reservation. Douglas jumped into action, got it resolved and had me on my way.
Hotel has a nice location, walkable to food locations, and nice interiors.
I travel often, my two requirements: clean room and strong water pressure. Checked both of these off. I was apprehensive about being close to the airport, but couldn't hear a thing. Also the bedding was super comfortable, I knocked out immediately.
Interestingly, there was not an iron and ironing board, but rather a steamer which I found out I prefer going forward.
Will certainly book again.

Anita was amazing! She made one of the most delicious Old Fashioneds I have ever had. Beyond that, her conversation and hospitality were just as impressive. She is an absolute sweetheart and truly made the experience special. Anita deserves a promotion or raise for the level of service she provides. I will definitely be back just because of her!

We had a trip from hell until Douglas checked us and others in at 3 am. Great guy who carries Hot cookies in his pocket! Thank you.

After a nightmare travel day with Alaska mechanical issues and cancellations we were Transferred from LAX to Santa and given the wrong codes for Lyft. But we were welcomed warmly by Douglas at 2 am. This was the best part of the day. Thank you Douglas and the director of customer experience.

We just held our 2026 event at the Hotel Zessa! The staff is very friendly, and the rooms were clean. My guests loved the venue. Laura and Hector (Event staff managers) went above and beyond to make sure my event ran smoothly. The catered food was delish and the chef stopped in to say hello. I would recommend this hotel for events like mine around 125 people. The only thing I would say they could improve on, is having more staff scheduled when a large group is at the hotel. Thank you hotel Zessa and staff for taking care of my group!

I had the best experience here. Thank you Tanisha I truly appreciate you not only letting me check in early but also for the complimentary snack and having my room ready just for me before check in. I stayed here for four days and I have zero complaints. Room was perfect the staff was so friendly and helpful. Truly an awesome stay. Thank you 🤍

Tanisha is absolutely phenomenal her personality is great, she is friendly. She is very helpful. I really am impressed by this hotel. I have never been here before. But we will definitely be back to stay here. We checked in Friday morning for Valentine's Day weekend. Thank you to your staff for making this stay enjoyable.

We stayed there team never heard of this hotel but was very impressed. Tanisha was great and helpful. She helped me print out some paperwork and gave us recommendations for restaurants in the area. The warm cookies are tasty.

This hotel is absolutely amazing. I enjoyed my stay at this location always. My sister invited me to stay with her I'm glad she did. Tanisha was truly amazing as she said. Very nice and friendly Front desk manager. Always all smiles and very helpful. We stayed a extra day because of her.

Our company scheduled our annual “kickoff” here for 2026. From the minute we landed in California they were amazing. The complimentary Ubers, the amazing staff, the great hotel.. everything was a 10 out of 10. The staff went above and beyond for us. Zero issues or complaints. I would highly recommended using Hotel Zessa for any trips into the area, you will not be disappointed! 😁

I booked this hotel for a company-wide event for the first time. We had the best experience, thanks to Wael, the Director of Guest Experience. What an appropriate title! He made sure each of my colleagues was well taken care of. As for the hotel, we had people from all over the US and they all enjoyed the rooms and the restaurant. 2 things that seemed to get the most attention were the shower pressure and the clothing steamers. We had a majority of males in our group and they all commented on the shower pressure and how it was so strong and they loved it! The females in our group were happy to have a steamer at their fingertips to prepare for our meetings and outings. We had a great experience all around. The staff was great! The Carolines made sure that everything was in order and just so. April handled the rooming for our large group and did a great job. Chef Michelle took amazing care of one of us that had a severe nut allergy. She made sure he felt safe and made sure he had a safe meal waiting for him each mealtime and with a smile. He was extremely grateful. Overall, we had the best experience at the Hotel Zessa! Thank you Wael and team!

Our group spent three nights and it was wonderful. All staff were lovely. airport shuttle is perfect and the in house coffee shop rocks. rooms are great. water pressure amazing.

Had to stop in to meet a friend for a drink at the bar. He recommended the Old Fashion made by Anita C. I was not disappointed. One of the best I've ever had! Friendly atmosphere and clean bar area. I wish I had more time for another one, but I will be back next time I'm in the area.

Very helpful staff at front desk when I checked in. They were able to answer all my questions.

The room was very nice. Comfortable. Lots of space in general, lots of space to hang my clothes.

I was very impressed, and felt very welcomed by, the Rosary, Crucifix, and Catholic Bible in the nightstand! Thank you for that.
