Echoing the other reviews. Clean, comfortable bed, quiet HVAC, quiet fridge. walking distance to Starbucks and a couple of restaurants, amazingly high water pressure. Hotel has restaurant amd quick serve/conveince shop. Comfortable lobby with tables. Plenty of hanging, drawer, bathroom counter, and desk space. Reasonable lighting. Had a room with a sofa. It was comfy to sit on but can't comment on it as a bed since we didn't fold it out. Only (minor) issue was one of the drawers wouldnt stay closed.
Stayed on upper floor even high number room. Room was really quiet, did not hear a single plane. There is constructuon across MacArthur Blvd so those rooms might have more noise during the day, but the main building structure is built so it might be fine.
Don’t come here expecting to be greeted by friendly front desk staff when you walk into this hotel. In fact the female behind the desk ignored us when we walked in and there was nobody else in the lobby. I went up to he desk and said I checked in on my app however the digital key wasn’t working. She then said “well you didn’t check in” in an annoyed tone. I’m very familiar with the app and have family that work for Hilton so I frequently stay at different Hilton hotels. I’ve never felt like a hindrance to hotel staff at a Hilton checking in here. Don’t expect to be offered that “double tree warm cookie” either here or anything besides borderline rudeness.
The hotel has a small coffee bar but don’t bother getting coffee here it’s a push button machine and terrible coffee. The snack options are decent though. The elevator had issues and the doors took a very long time to open, I thought we were going to get stuck in it. The other person in the ejector said it skipped going to his floor also and returned to the lobby before going back up properly to the floor he selected. I hope they fix this because it seems like a safety issue. The floors could use a better cleaning inside the elevators too.
The king room is a nice size and quiet however we were on the top floor. There’s no closed closet. The bed was comfortable. The AC when not on low was quite noisy when it came on. One morning I asked the cleaning lady for extra coffee and a towel and she looks at me and said “no English”.
The onsite restaurant is Latin food and I did not dine there. I did get a drink from the bar and the bartender was nice. Unfortunately the negatives outweighed the positives and personally I wouldn’t stay here again nor recommend this Hilton. I say you would have a better stay at a Hampton.
My husband and I stayed over the 4th of July weekend in 2025. The hotel was clean and decent. On the second day, we had breakfast and dinner on our at the restaurant. The food was mediocre. The staff at the hotel and restaurant were friendly except for the hotel night manager. After dinner I asked for a cookie and the hotel desk clerk was about to give me one, when the manager scolded me and said I couldn’t have one because I already received one when I checked in the day before. I felt like I had my hand slapped! Because of my experiences at other Double Tree locations I didn’t know there was a rule about one cookie per stay.
Everything
Can’t think of anything
The cleanliness and layout of the hotel
The parking limited for the amount of rooms that the hotel occupies.
Great hotel! Great service! Amazing staff! Erick gave us 5 star service! Thank you and god bless!
Nothing as I did not stay at the hotel.
They turned me away to another hotel because they were full. I booked this hotel months ago and prepaid in full. I was there for work as the hotel was only a few miles away. They relocate me to another hotel by Hilton group that is 10 min away on freeway, which increase my commute time and cost everyday.
Erick was super welcoming and great to deal with. Hotel was beautiful as well!
Tanisha is outstanding, that woman knows the ins and outs of the property on top of good food.
Though I don’t know if she ever has a day off. Thank you so much for your service and help we appreciate you. I will be back to visit Tanisha.
Stay amazing !
My wife and I had to have an extended stay at the Hilton Hotel Zessa for a couple of months due to a family situation. Tanisha was a true blessing and made our stay a pleasurable experience. We are very grateful for Tanisha extra care and expertise in stepping up to make our stay a positive experience. Tanisha is a great asset to the Hilton team. Thank you Tanisha.

This hotel has the most amazing service Tanisha was absolutely great and friendly. She was all smiles while being busy with the guest. The restaurant was great as she recommended it to us. We will be back soon.
Very nice staff. Very good customer service by tanisha
The experience overall was excellent. Hotel receptionists Erick and Alessandra were great and very helpful.
Location is good, it was near our conference venue. Rooms were nice and clean. Hotel staff is friendly and accomodating, especially Erick at the front desk.
Erick greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. He took my special request in stride, introduced me to the operations manager and got me set up as a Hilton honors member. All on the space of a few minutes. Period I will definitely stay here on my next trip.
