Hotel Zessa Orange County Airport, a DoubleTree by Hilton

My wife and I had to have an extended stay at the Hilton Hotel Zessa for a couple of months due to a family situation. Tanisha was a true blessing and made our stay a pleasurable experience. We are very grateful for Tanisha extra care and expertise in stepping up to make our stay a positive experience. Tanisha is a great asset to the Hilton team. Thank you Tanisha.

This hotel has the most amazing service Tanisha was absolutely great and friendly. She was all smiles while being busy with the guest. The restaurant was great as she recommended it to us. We will be back soon.

The experience overall was excellent. Hotel receptionists Erick and Alessandra were great and very helpful.

Location is good, it was near our conference venue. Rooms were nice and clean. Hotel staff is friendly and accomodating, especially Erick at the front desk.

Erick greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. He took my special request in stride, introduced me to the operations manager and got me set up as a Hilton honors member. All on the space of a few minutes. Period I will definitely stay here on my next trip.

Lovely conference location. VERY friendly & helpful staff. Entire experience from check-in through housekeeping & the coffee kioski staff were wonderfully helpful.
Easy access to freeways & off site restaurants too.

Very appealing, Mr. Erick took care of us, so pleasant and polite and efficient and also fast, gave us the famous Doubletree cookies and made us very happy to be here!
I’m 100+ nights on the road for business and I must say the “water pressure / shower head”is out of this world!

Wonderful location near the airport and Irvine sites. Erick at check was super fast and did get job check in. He was very helpful in guiding us for hotel amenities and things around.

My check-in experience with Erik was one of the best check-ins. There was a young men’s baseball team chekxing before me. Erik listened to my concerns about being a light sleeper and not wanting to hear a group running around and stomping above me. He placed me in a quiet room on the top floor. Plus Gabe me some coupons and the amazing double tree cookie. Room was well appointed. Please thank Erik.

Today we visited hotel Zessa, although there is construction nearby, but our parking experience was amazing. We would like to thank our shuttle driver- Daione! He was so delightful, to all the guests and because of his warm and excellent work ethics, we had the energy to continue on at the hotel. Thank you again!! Gonzales Family.

The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were phenomenal. Constantly on the road for work & this is by far one of my favorites!

This was our second year holding our annual brunch event at Hotel Zessa and once again they exceeded our expectations. Great friendly staff and a beautiful ballroom. They go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

It’s been a while since we last came to this hotel. I have to say the hotel it was very nice and updated since we were last here. But, the best thing was the front desk service from Andric. He’s super nice, very helpful and very accommodating. I’m a Diamond for Life and I love coming to Hilton Hotels and really appreciate great service. Thanks Andric for making our stay very nice.

I came out because my grandma was in the hospital after a fall and ended up staying several weeks longer than I originally planned as her health began to decline. I had to extend my stay many times and Tanisha and Lorena made an incredibly difficult time for me easier with their kindness, flexibility and overall helpfulness in every way. Hotel Zessa became a quiet source of comfort for me and I will always stay here in the future and recommend it to everyone I know. Thank you so much to the entire staff!
