Was there for the Valencia marathon on Dec. 7, 2025, booked through the official race organizer, Transviasport.
Was bitten by bed bugs during the stay and it's confirmed, I saw and bagged several bed bugs. I had allergic reactions to the bites and was taken to the hospital. The hotel and the booking agency currently refuse to compensate. It was also not pleasant dealing with the hotel staff.
Please practice caution.

The staff was very friendly and the people in reception was excellent.
Great rooms and room facilities. Entrance to pool and spa was a bit complicated and staff unhelpful. Cafeteria only opens at 8am could be earlier. Limited food options in the hotel.
The room didn’t have a good air conditioner and we couldn’t sleep because we were sweating. They offered me $97 if I wanted to move to another hotel and I paid $989 for two rooms. I couldn’t use the pool because they have a restricted schedule, they use the pool for trainings. Expedia didn’t want to solve my problem and told me to get the $97 to move or just stay over there. This is unacceptable from a company that you trust to book your trips.
The toilet was quite old and broken, and the floors could have been cleaner when we arrived.
The breakfast buffet was nice and staff was friendly.
Too much noise in tje morning on the 2nd floor. What's the floor the dinning room is located. Other than that it was not bad
This hotel was terrible. I stayed here because it was recommended by the camp my son was staying at, but I was very disappointed and left after a couple of nights. It was very old and outdated. The bed was like sleeping on a rock. It didn’t even have shampoo or conditioner. It has a pool and spa, but hotel guests could only use it at certain times. It was also a separate facility so you had to share it with the public so it was very busy. The front desk wasn’t very welcoming. The neighborhood smelled and didn’t have much to do.
The only positive was they let me check out early and refunded the rest of my stay.
Very happy with our stay. The room was big and convenient. Staff super friendly. Buffet nice and affordable. The indoor swimming pools are great for either swimming or playing with kids. There is a very nice beach area 5 minutes by car
It’s a very old hotel but greatly renewed. Staff is friendly. Prices are great. Just a few steps away from bus and subway.
My stay at this 4-star hotel was extremely disappointing.
My mum arrived earlier in the afternoon and was made to wait for two hours by unfriendly staff who were rude to her throughout. She asked them to notify her when we arrived since her phone wasn't working, but they failed to do so. Upon our arrival, we were given two twin rooms instead of the double bedrooms we had booked, which was frustrating since we were traveling as couples. To make matters worse, the sheets in our rooms were dirty.
When we went to reception to request a room change, they told us they were fully booked and that we'd have to wait until the next day. It wasn't until 4 pm the following day that a room became available, but by then we had already been kicked out of our original room and told to share with my sister—a huge inconvenience as we were all trying to get ready for a wedding. The unhelpful attitude of the staff made us feel unwelcome, which was shocking for a hotel with a supposed 4-star rating.
On top of that, the bathrooms were dirty, with hair in the bathtub, no toiletries provided, and to our surprise, no irons available, making it impossible to prepare our clothes properly. And there was views of horrible buildings. Overall, the service was far below what we expected, and we would not recommend this hotel to others.

Was staying here with a colleague on a business visit to Valencia with a couple of days cycling tagged on. Nice enough hotel, convenient for the metro and cycleways - the hotel has a cycle room with some tools and a workstand. Buffet breakfast and evening meal have a wide and varied selection available, all well cooked and presented.
