LivINN Hotel St. Paul – I-94 – East 3M Area

Great location near everything and freeway. Great staff and great breakfast. Rooms are very nicely furnished and food snacks supplies for sale is nice convenience.

All I have too say is that it was amazing. I would recommend this for a anniversary or valentine's day.

I love the LivInn St. Paul! Staff are very friendly and accomadating for arrival and departure. Always a clean room with fridge, micro and coffee. Many options for breakfast including hot options and cold. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏

We had a great experience. Friendly staff and clean streamlined room. We liked the ample counter space in the bathroom. We recommend this place!

My only complaint is when people hang a "Do not disturb" sign on their door, but they are the people disturbing others by violently slamming their door. I think it's rude and hippocritical.

This hotel is much better than many hotels in the cities that are higher end. The view of the lake is great and the room is clean, spacious and charming.

This was a very nice stay. I’m older so I appreciate the dennys restaurant right out out entry foyer. Pet friendly, quiet smells great, lots of easy access to stores etc., even though it’s near a fwy it’s quiet

Super ghetto area - unless you’re just stopping on the way in and out. First floor hall smelled strongly of urine. Friendly staff. Access to water machine at night. Great breakfast. Premium upgrade area was quiet. Not bad!

Me and my 3 Kids didn’t really want to leave are home to stay at a hotel because are home was be remodeled so we had no choice and we found Livinn Hotel and we checked in Sunday at around 6pm and we had a two full size beds in the room we walked in and the kids was happy and ran to the beds and was choosing the bed they wanted to sleep in the rooms was very clean the shower and sink was clean it smelled fresh the kids like the Disney and Nickelodeon great room service and housekeeping employees was nice and friendly nice breakfast it made us feel at home knowing the fact we didn’t want to leave are home we stay 4 Nights I will highly recommended this hotel to anyone looking Thank You For Your Service….

Hotel clerk could not/would not cancel my duplicated reservation. It’s likely that I will be charged twice for one room, and then will have to request a full refund Expedia. I did not reserve the same room twice and should not be charged for the duplicated reservation. Thank you for resolving this situation.

The breakfast was delicious, and the lobby was clean and pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the bathtub and faucet area were a bit old and could need an update.

Everyone was very nice & willing to assist me anytime I needed them.
