It was a terrible experience, but at least I was able to connect to the Wi-Fi.
Pros:

There was a weird smell in the room. My shower did not work in the front desk did not change my room.

Cons:

Wi-Fi was fast.

Proximité (5 minutes à pied) d'un supermarché ; toujours pratique.
Chambre fonctionnelle.

Would never choose to stay here… ever! Beware! Read the reviews and go somewhere else.
Pros:

The location was great for what we were doing.
The pool and hot tub were well maintained and enjoyable.

Cons:

Only 2 towels are allowed… if you need more you have to trade 2 in to get 2 fresh ones.
Only 1 King pillow and 2 standard(twin) pillows on the king bed. Asked 2 associates at the front desk for another and was told,”I’m not sure we can do that” snd “I don’t know .. I’ll have to find out for you. “

The vending machine was not on…ie. it was not cold… would not give change… after finally vending 1 bottle of HOT water…. We quit trying.. note: soda and other snacks were HOT as well. Desk clerk said they would put in a request for service… the next day… upon checking no request had been logged do that desk clerk said he would put in the request.

Exercise room… thermostat said 94 degrees and 3 fans were circulating that heat. Desk clerk again said they would request a work order for ac… the workout room was clean but smelled like stale body odor or dirty feet from the humidity in that heat. The following 3 days the temperature no longer registered in digits…… it just showed “HI@ and it felt like a sauna.

The last 2 days there was a lady at the desk.. she was helpful and gave me pool towels… also coffee packets.

The room was not serviced until the day before we left. When we arrived there carpet was gross (something like granola was on the floor beside the bed…. ). We literally wore socks or shoes at all times… kind of gross.

The mini fridge door was broken…

The halls and common areas were NOT air conditioned.
Since they did not service the rooms… anytime we needed something…we had to go to the desk and get for ourselves.

Goede locatie bij Joshua Tree. Ruime kamer.

The hotel met the need, but I won't be staying there again.
Pros:

Carpet was dirty. My daughter came with her 11 month old and his feet and knees were black from crawling on the floor. The bed was soooo uncomfortable I dreaded sleeping at night! It seemed like a very old mattress that caved in and left a body impression - and it was not a memory foam mattress.

Cons:

Carpets were dirty. Bed was old and uncomfortable.
