Uncomfortable.
Pros:

Near to esplanade. Cheap.

Cons:

Aircon very disgusting and not cold enough. Very strong smell of bleach. Can’t stay inside for a long time make me sick. And at night can’t sleep because of the strong smell.

Pros:

I really loved the friendly staff, how tidy and clean the room was and the pool was amazing me and my family didn't have to go to a swimming spot or at the lagoon. Other than that everything was great thank for having me and my family

I will definitely be booking more often at tropiq

Cons:

I like staff operation they were so kind and friendly, my kids love the area plus the BBQ and pool and the cold aircon in the rooms and plus it's not fair from the shops and Cairns central's good place nice spot

Comfy, friendly and helpful staff, overall good value :)
Pros:

We were travelling and just needed somewhere to rest for the night. The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom clean and the water was hot. There was a pool and BBQ area which looked good although we didn't use it. The accommodation was older than expected but for the price was fine. The Indian restaurant, which was walking distance from the motel was brilliant! Some of the best Indian we have tasted. We like chilli, so it could have been hotter but the flavours were awesome!! There was a bottle shop close by, and the city centre was relatively close as well.

The toilets had poo stains! The bedding smelt bad. The room itself smelt bad. The experience wasn't great at all!
