This really was a fantastic hotel. All the staff—Vlada, Preet, Max, Miowa—were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and spoke English. I had a medical emergency and everyone was helpful while still respecting my privacy. Breakfast was quite good. I would absolutely stay here again.
This hotel is minutes away from the eiffel tower close to eateries. Hotel staff is courteous and accommodating

We had a very good experience.
Pros
1. The two gentlemen at the front desk were awesome — so friendly and helpful with suggestions.
2. The location is great. Very short walk to the Eiffel Tower and Seine River. The neighborhood is fairly posh, felt very safe, mostly clean (for Paris!). There is a delicious bakery, Boulangerie du Champs de Mars, on the block next to the hotel. On the corner, instagrammers and photographers were constantly posing on Rue de Monttessuy.
3. Our room was well-equipped, especially the bathroom, with robes and slippers. I also enjoyed the Dyson hairdryer. The room also had good blackout curtains and nice bed linens. Everything was clean.
4. My husband enjoyed the basement gym, which was basic but sufficient.
5. We had an easy time walking or Ubering.
Cons
1. The rooms are still quite small.
2. The beds are a bit on the firm side.
3. The room had an odd black clam shell-shaped chair. A more traditional chair would’ve been more useful.
4. Given the state of the streets, I’d love to see no carpet and only tile.
Overall, this hotel has a lot of good points, chiefly cleanliness and location.
The room was lovely and spacious, very clean great little Juliet balcony.

Perfect, quiet location! Felt very safe walking with my elderly mother at all times. Lots of fun restaurants and shopping-steps away from many landmarks. The kindest front desk staff. Will definitely be back!

The hotel is in a great location to all the attractions to be able to reach by foot. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and we had a little balcony which was very nice. We both love Paris and one day will return.
