„Am avut un sejur minunat la acest hotel. Totul a fost la superlativ: camera curată și confortabilă, personalul foarte amabil și atent, iar atmosfera foarte plăcută și relaxantă. Micul dejun a fost gustos și variat. Ne-am simțit foarte bine și cu siguranță vom reveni cu mare drag. Recomand acest hotel tuturor celor care își doresc o experiență plăcută și odihnitoare.”

We thought breakfast was included it was not for the amont we paid

Apparently we had a suite which was a king size bed and a very uncomfortable sofa bed, was told everything in mini bar was free which was two cans of soft drink baring in mind we had paid for 3 adults in the room only two bath robes and slippers and towels for 2 adults not 3! Bar was not open due to staff sickness I was even told no ice for my sisters champagne so I had to walk to the shop for ice!! Was charged 150 euros on arrival for apparent damage charges so although it would be refunded on check out meant we were 150 euros short to enjoy our visit to Paris!! I emailed the hotel prior to our trip to explain we were 3 sisters celebrating our eldest sister 50th birthday, nothing was mentioned by the staff not even a happy birthday let alone a bath robe for us all to enjoy!!

Pros:

Location is great, room was decent and comfortable. Front of house staff were courteous and friendly - although check in was quite slow and there was a queue, but they dealt with it well.

Cons:

The front desk didn't have a UK to EU charger converter which is a common item to have in a 3/4/5 star hotel. The charging ports did not have USB connectivity which again is standard in 2026. It might seem like a small thing but given that I arrived in the evening and left in the morning I was unable to charge my phone which caused significant inconvenience. This is an easy and low cost fix for the hotel and I'm sure would make stays more convenient for foreign travellers.

Nice little hotel with good location.

The noise of cars, motorcycles and people chat from the street can easily penetrate the room. Probably they need to provide some sort of soundproof windows.
