I will definitively stay there again on my next visit to Fontana
Pros:

Excellent location, easy to get to. Very comfortable bed. Cleanliness gets an A+. Friendly-smiley staff (this is of great importance to me). Breakfast was good to start my day. Kudos to whoever makes the coffee (not too strong-not too weak). Attentive staff to replenishing coffee, breakfast items and helping clients if needed (especially with the mini waffle maker...jeje...)

Cons:

The eggs on the breakfast menu. No taste at all. I like real eggs. I tried them the first day and did not care for anymore.

Will not be staying here again
Pros:

Location was convenient . I had to work in San Bernardino, this hotel was minutes away from the city.

Cons:

I called in advance to ask if I could change my room from a 1 bed to 2 bed. I made it known that I had purchased a room online and when i called to talk to the front desk, they said I would not have issues when I showed up. Once I showed up, i was denied my request, after I was told this would not be an issue. The staff member did not even try to accommodate and brushed off my concern. This was disappointing.

Good value, clean, good breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast was great.The room was nice and clean. The cost was pretty good.

Cons:

Elevator not working, no bedding for sofa bed and we had 3 in our reservation. No staff to bring it to us.

Cons:

it said we got a non smoking room, the entire hall smelled like smoke. we were not able to sleep because the neighbors were banging doors and yelling at 1am. room smelt dirty and like dust. the room was extremely hot. the bathroom didn’t have an air system. the elevator was out of service in which we also were not aware of so we had to climb a flight of stairs.

They charge me my $200 deposit because I got a small amount of blood from a cut on my arm from a car accident the day before and told me they were keeping my $200 because of the blood spot for a set of sheets

The Inn was a safe, clean and conveniently located place.
Pros:

Everything was new and clean. Lots of benefits. The landscaping needs attention.

Cons:

I chose a more expensive room because it said it was a suite with a sitting area. I got the cheaper room but paid the higher room price. The desk clerk told me they didn't have suites. Very confused and didn't get a room that met our needs and desire.

Lives up to the name Comfort Inn
Pros:

I really liked this hotel. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, and the breakfast was good. There were a lot of restaurants nearby, but there aren't a lot of attractions that I could find. That was ok for my husband and me because we were out there to visit family anyway, so for us the location was perfect. The pool was a nice size and the Jacuzzi was nice and hot. Another thing I loved was that the rooms had a microwave and refrigerator. Even though we didn't stay long this time, I always appreciate hotels that have these so there is less food waste and during longer stays I can buy groceries instead of eating out every meal. I would definitely come back to this hotel if we are ever in the area again.

Cons:

I honestly can't think of anything I'd change about this place. It met all my expectations and I thought the value was worth what I paid.
