La pulizia non viene effettuata ogni giorno se non su richiesta e malgrado ciò non è certo che venga effettuata. Poco personale addetto e presente solo tre volte a settimana. Servizio inadeguato per in hotel a 4 stelle.

Expected more from Best Western.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the sheets were lovely. The shower was excellent. Food in the restaurant was good and pool was good along with seating and loungers in the garden. Good parking on site.

Cons:

The hotel is rather isolated from anything from the town. It was either a bus ride or taxi to town to eat elsewhere if you wanted to. The listing said our room would have a fridge - it didn’t and we were told not all rooms had fridges. There was no milk in the room so coffee and tea had to be black - unless you went to reception. It felt like they were short staffed. Our dinner service was quite slow (which I guess was okay given we didn’t have anything else to be doing). We had issues with our key card. We stayed 3 nights and three times we had to get our card reprogrammed which was particularly annoying as we were the furthest room from reception.

Pros:

Accueil agréable et surtout la piscine ouverte plus tard en ce temps de canicule, un vrai plus !

petit déjeuner avec peu de choix. pas de fruits frais ni de jus de fruits frais. pas de choix de céréales un peu saines, voire bio. des produits plus locaux , plu traditionnels seraient bienvenus dans un 4*
L'une des chambres était spacieuse : salle de bain spacieuse, WC séparés., avec petit canapé. La deuxième était bien plus petite, salle de bain petite WC dans la salle de bain. le problèmes est qu'elles ont été facturées au même prix!?
