Is a good hotel in Reno

Rude front desk person who checked us in. She made it should like we were plucky to have a room at over $200 a night. Whole 3rd floor reeked of foul cooking smell and yapping puppy. “grab and go breakfast” is a joke. They quickly ran out of breakfast items like hot chocolate and refused to restock,

Need more support in the customer service department. The gentleman in the Am was nice he was from San Jose Ca.Everybody needed training 😟

Pros:

Breakfast was so-so. Location was great for the convention center. Staff was super friendly.

Cons:

No cups in the room, and they forgot to bring them when I asked. No hair dryer in the room. Breakfast was ok; not much selection. I was originally assigned the wrong room and walked in on sometime undressing!
