My microwave didn't work
The location was great, would have been better if I had transportation to get around. But overall the hotel and staff amazingly great, friendly faces and willing to answer any question I asked!
The fact that i didn't! have transportation to move about the city, There was not anything that I disliked about the hotel not the location just transportation!!
The room is clean, the bed was very comfortable and I slept really well. I arrived super late, and didn’t have time to grab any dinner. Unfortunately there was no places nearby that I could walk to that was still open so I had to have food Uber’d.
My room got warm during the day, but it was very hot outside.

The parking situation was a little tight overall, but it was manageable.
Room was not ready at check in time. Door cards did not work. Day 2, returned to the room and room was not made up. Called the desk and reported and requested towels to be brought to the room. Desk clerk said we would have to come to the lobby to get them. Never again.

It’s ok. No pool and they didn’t have the room ready till close to 4:00 pm (3:00 pm is check in). Charges $10 for parking. That said clean and comfortable room. Reasonable price. It was fine.
Location and access to streets for traveling
The check in process was delayed due to rooms not being available after we all had reservations. Rooms were not cleaned upon arrival and the whole group had to wait to check in. The attitudes of the front desk clerks were very unpleasant when asking questions. Customer service was horrible

Really clean facilities. Helpful staff. Esp grateful for Kendra's recommendations for exploration and restaurants! Breakfast basic but good. Gym had a lot of things! No bugs!! (Thank goodness! ). Super close to downtown.
