Uncomfortable and disappointing
Pros:

The front desk employee the day I arrived was amazing. He is a very hard worker. The location was great for where I was going as well.

Cons:

It was not clean. My room had stains all over—the walls floor, bed sheets, shower, toilet—everywhere. I didn’t even sleep in the bed. I slept on top of the comforter with high socks, sweatpants & a sweatshirt on with my hood up so I was not touching anything.
Very uncomfortable and disgusting. Very disappointing since Fairfield’s are usually nice & clean. I also accidentally booked two rooms but wasn’t able to cancel one or be refunded. But that was more the Booking.com’s fault and myself for misunderstanding the email.

Good place. Management should oversee minor complaints better.
Pros:

Faulty toasing machine. Our room was next to a noisy engine room. Room telephone did not work. One light bulb was off. Experience could be better at such a new & modern hotel. Over all its a nice place to stay. Love it.
