Location, breakfast.
Room had a good view. Very drap deco, no fridge no safe to keep valuables. Worst of all the smallest bathroom I’ve ever seen in a hotel. Definitely no 4 star.
Staffed constantly and very professional
Great location. Comfortable night's sleep
Location in centre of town
The building facade
Staff in breakfast were attentive and helpful
Dreary and dark entrance and reception area.
Paid £179 for a night and only have stewed awful coffee at breakfast - that is inexcusable!!!!!
Bad smell like stale cooking in the corridor and stairwell
Location
The staff were all very attentive and friendly, the food is served in generous portions and is delicious, as are the drinks and cockrails.
The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Location superb .
Possibly could have done with some hand lotion to complement the handwash , tissues and a pen in the room .
Breakfast
Bed too hard
Fabulous location
No available parking although it was stated in the description.
Nowhere to relax for coffee other than the bar
Fantastic hotel. In a great location lovely food in restaurant and super friendly staff
Great location, lovely food from the restaurant. Quiet, comfortable bed.
No heating in the bathroom so room was freezing.
Did to supply hand cream . Doors heavy to push at the front
Great location
Nothing
Good location, room clean and comfortable and had all we needed.
Noise from the bins before dawn. Corridors could do with a spruce up.
The property was in an ideal location for our needs .
Nothing all was good
Fabulous location, charging facilities with the parking, beautiful building, friendly staff. Breakfast with a stunning views from the Skye bar.
Conditioner available in the showers
Everything food, bed, room, staff very friendly, location bar and restaurant very nice decor,
Loved the food and loved the room and hotel.
We didn't like the fact that both on the website and on booking.com it said there was parking but when we arrived we found there was no parking and that it was on a first come first serve so had to park in a three storey car park which wasn't ideal carring all our luggage back to the hotel just lucky it wasn't raining. There should be a bay to drop off the luggage if this was the case. Also when we ate dinner the dinner was lovely but one male member of staff was a bit rude.
Great location, friendly, helpful staff. Good value for money.
Nothing.
