Impressive hotel
Pros:

Impressive historical building in the heart of Washington.
Clean , spacious room and great service
We had the 5 o’clock complementary glasses of wine and a delicious breakfast at the restaurant

Location is great, staff is even better!
Pros:

The location of this hotel is perfect for people wanting to explore all of the major DC Museums, Government buildings and historical spots. However, the staff at this location is the best part. They are friendly, accomodating and seemed to genuienly care about the visitors experience. They were truly a joy to speak and interact with!

Flat Tire
Pros:

Overall a great experience. Front desk team was extremely accommodating and informative.
The restaurant was nice and different for the area. Room service was 8/10. Taking the order was mildly difficult and clean up took forever.
Valet team, especially Shpat with ACE, were awesome. I had a surprise flat tire and he went above and beyond to help me out with fixing it. Much appreciated as a human being and a professional in the hospitality industry.

Terrible hotel- no service
Pros:

This hotel was terrible. I booked it for five nights and arrived to a fairly empty hotel. The bathroom is very small with one sink with about 6 inches of each side of counter space. There was no closet, instead there was an armoire which only had three linear feet of closet space. I asked for an upgrade to room with a bigger closet and a larger bathroom and they said that all the rooms were that way except for the Suites. The suites are $150 more per night. I declined the offer. We ended up having to store our shoes on the floor and live of our suitcases because there were no drawers in the hotel room either.

The service is spotty. Examples include they don’t refill empty Kleenex boxes recording request this. Frankly, there is no service and we felt like we were in a self- serve hotel. The rug on the room looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed. We still have a few more nights to stay here!

Hit or miss. Needs evening housekeeping support, and what hotel does not have a safe & coffee maker?
Pros:

First room was horribly dank and musty. When moved to a different room in a different hall, was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

Biggest issue was zero support after midnight. Could not get a robe or coffee maker until after 8 when housekeeping came in. Safe too small for a tiny laptop.
