Nos gustó el parquing cubierto y su acceso al hotel. El trato del personal agradable. El desayuno buffet correcto. No nos gustó la habitación, austera con ventana a un patio interior. Bañera en vez de ducha. Un poco deteriorado. Los colchones correctos. En general repetiríamos si cambiasemos de habitación (hab 108). Bien situado, cerca de un burguer King, un centro comercial y a 15 min del Parque Warner.

We were told the property had Wi-Fi service, which was not working. The air conditioning was also malfunctioning, which made our stay very uncomfortable. The beds were also of poor quality and very uncomfortable. Our room was not properly stocked with amenities and had no toilet paper. Overall, it was poor considering the expectations we gained from review of the website.

Pulito, personale accogliente e disponibile. Niente di eccezionale o di particolarmente gradevole. Colazione appena accettabile. Ma il prezzo è molto onesto, e la vicinanza con la stazione dei treni ne fanno una buona opzione economica per visitare madrid.
