1. Location: close Paddington Station which is the Heathrow Express Terminal as well as a number of Underground lines and walking distance to West End
2. Staff were very helpful; I arrived at the hotel at 7.00am, from London Heathrow, they checked me in which meant I could freshen up then go exploring.
3. I was staying 1 night so only needed a small space. They offered compact rooms with own bathroom at a good rate.
4. Spring Street has good eating places.

Location was great, many restaurants and supermarkets were open late. The staff was helpful with our concerns about the AC and allowed us to borrow a fan and converters to charge our electronics.
The facilities are very outdated.
The carpet was ripping at the edges - the sink cabinet was chipped all over. There was a hose connected to the sink to use a bidet potentially, but it did not work. The bathroom charging outlets did not work either..
The AC unit is from 2011, and the temperature works backwards. You must put the temperature higher to cool down the room, and you can barely feel the temperature difference. The bed mattress is very very lumpy, and you can feel the springs.
The room was very dusty.. you can see how dusty the AC unit is. My belongings got covered in dust bunnies when using the top of the closet.
The hotel is a bit understaffed, so you might be locked out the hotel if the front desk person is occupied with another customer for 5 or so minutes. This didn't happen during my stay, but I was warned about it.

Lokacija hotela je odlična. Soba je zaista mala no veličina je pošteno oglašena i vidljiva prilikom rezervacije. Budući smo putovali kao obitelj, skučenost prostora nam nije smetala.
Kreveti su bili ugodni te nas je svaki dan dočekala nova posteljina i čisti ručnici. Prozor se mogao otvoriti na kip, a klima uređaj je također bila u funkciji. Osoblje je bilo ljubazno i stalno dostupno.
Sve u svemu, vrlo povoljan i ugodan smještaj za više nego fer cijenu.

I don't think it would be fair to criticise this hotel considering it's location and price. The rooms are decently sized with fresh beddings and towels. No smelly or mouldy stuff as I feared. Rooms get cleaned daily. Windows CAN open and the air con WORKS. Location is of course undisputedly so convenient. Overall exceeded my expectation.
Parking could be cheaper.
