Don’t recommend the suite

Cons:

The suite we stayed in was unacceptably run down and the entrance shabby. Shower system was impossible to get to work so we forgoed showers.

A good hotel close to Paddington station and restaurants
Pros:

The location is excellent; being within 5 minutes walk to Paddington station.
The room was comfortable and very clean.
The staff were really friendly and helpful.
There are good restaurants nearby.

Cons:

We would have preferred a room on a higher floor but given that we had to book on the day of arrival and arrived late in the day we accepted a basement room who’d had little daylight.

Would recommend for overnight / short stay
Pros:

The place is super close to Paddington and it’s a great hotel for a short stay. I agree with other comments that the rooms might be a bit small for big suitcases but if you’re traveling with a backpack it’s perfect! Had a great sleep as well. Everything was super comfortable, the room and bathroom clean and the reception staff friendly. I most definitely recommend. And it was an amazing value for money.
