Such a nice place with such a friendly stuff. We really enjoyed our stay here. We got a welcome drink at arrival and fresh cappuccino every morning. Breakfast was very good. I would definitely come here again.

Fabulous customer service. I have a hospitality business and would love to have those staff working for me as they are super.
Everything was fabulous but the large pillar in the bedroom was not great as I kicked it many times during the night.
The Receptionists were very helpful and kind. The room was Classic room, it was OK besides the big coloumn in the middle of the room. Always clean and the tidy! Continental breakfast was OK. 2 mins from Shelly beach!!!
Thin walls, coloumn in the middle of the room and no nescafe in the room, only tea.
La colazione è stata una gradevole sorpresa, ricca di prodotti sia dolci che salati.
La posizione non poteva essere migliore, davanti alla spiaggia con una vista mozzafiato e una pace incredibili.
Siccome era il compleanno di mio marito, al nostro arrivo il personale ci ha comunicato di averci assegnato una camera Deluxe, con vista mare. E c'erano due biscottini con un biglietto di auguri.
Il letto e i cuscini davvero comodi.
I prodotti da bagno erano della linea RITUALS OF KARMA, super qualità.
Insomma, tutto bellissimo!!!

Igazából minden tetszett, tiszta volt minden, a személyzet kedves és segítőkész, főleg 2 hölgy. Kaptam be jelentkezéskor 1 koktélt, ami aranyos volt. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt.
Reggelinél furán éreztem magam a konyhanők miatt, valahogy furán néztek rám, olyan volt, mintha ki beszéltek vagy nem tetszett nekik hogy egyedül vagyok. Üres volt az összes asztal és átültettek máshova, amit nem értettem (amikor befejeztem az evést, akkor sem volt senki kb), nem mindegy hol ülök?
Absolutely amazing stay. A great choice at breakfast, superb room with a huge bed. The staff were truly amazing. The beach was great and superb views too. Being on the Lido was better than in the heart of Venice. Transport and travel was great and plenty if local shops and friendly locals too.
