Great shuttle service to airports
Great breakfast
Very clean and comfortable room after arriving on flight late at night. Breakfast was of a high quality. Nice touches like fresh fruit .

Quand nous sommes arrivés, ils ont insisté en disant que nous n’avions pas de réservation, ils ne la trouvaient pas. Et nous ont dit au revoir juste comme ça. Inadmissible. Nous avons dû en roaming appeler booking. La France était fermée, alors un numéro en anglais au UK. Booking a appelé en parallèle l’hôtel. Pour retrouver la réservation. Au bout de plus d’y une heure ils ont finalement retrouvé. Leur attitude a été désagréable. Et tranchante. Dire à des gens qui arrivent tard le soir de l’aéroport après un long vol qu’il n’y a pas de réservation et les envoyer balader sans même vraiment chercher… en ajoutant « il fallait réserver directement par notre site » bon…
clean and breakfast included was a plus
wasn’t to fond of the little cation due to lack of precise and clear directions on how to gain access to the property. went in circles twice which meant getting back on the highway before we found the entrance .
I liked that there was a shuttle to the airport and the driver was great on telling me where I needed to go.
The bed was comfy, the towels fluffy, the pillows just right.
No restaurant . It was wet and was i would have to walk two hotels over. After such a long day, was not going to do that
Transport man who took us to airport was AWESOME!!
Left before breakfast serves, coffee and tea that was out was only warm, not good. And infused water is nice but some plain water would be nicer!!
