We loved how close it was to Belmont Park and the beach
We wished there was a cheaper breakfast available with our stay.
Some areas of the "resort" are nice with lush greenery. The beach area provided by the resort is kept nice and clean. The Bianchi restaurant was good. Free daily water bottles in room (when they actually got replaced).
Rundown room - broken closet doors, broken toilet paper holder, general dingy feeling, even though there is a kitchen there isn't so much as a wine opener or roll of paper towels provided.
Housekeeping- stickers left on counters from last kids to stay in the room, took all towels and never replaced, had to call at 10:30pm for toilet paper because they never replaced supplies, 2 coffee cups, 2 water glasses & 4 towels for a suite that sleeps 6.
Location- paid $1000 a night for a "bay suite" which looked over the parking lot to the public beach side of the "resort" meaning underneath our room was a constant rotation of homeless people smoking & living in vans. Apparently if you need a suite with 2 queen beds, this is the only view they offer.
位置很好,在海湾里面
建筑和设施太老了,空调也很老旧,噪音有点大,房子不太隔音
Location and upkeep was amazing. Staff was very professional and was impressed with the pool man and young lady that were there every morning doing their job with a smile.
I loved it!!
Close to SeaWorld. Nice pool, large hot tub, and beautiful garden area. View was amazing! Private beach with chair/seating availability was nice. Rooms were large.
Parking was not great. We almost were not able to find a parking space upon check-in that was close to our room.
Staff was friendly for the most part, except for the waiter we had when we checked in and went for lunch. Location to beach and bay was great.
A/C unit needs to be updated or checked did not keep the room cool. We were placed above a room that hosts events and every night to about 1030 or 11pm the staff was were moving items in and out along with talking very loudly. Made it very difficult to sleep. This alone make me question going back.
Un site incroyable avec une vue imprenable!
Everything
Nothing
Nice staff.
NOISE. Wedding parties, cars, planes, early garbage trucks. Evidently the reason for my bad room location was because I booked through booking.com instead of direct. Others in my group booked direct and got big rooms overlooking the water while mine looked at the lobby and was in the building where the wedding receptions are held.
Located within walking distance from Mission Bay promenade, where you can find clubs, restaurants, shops, and attractions, this hotel is very big, and the accommodation can be very different, so the price and the services. I was in a bungalow, slightly old, with nothing special in terms of furniture or services. Wi-Fi on my mobile wasn't working, and no one could help me. I did not have breakfast. PROS: The restaurant on the beach is very good and has reasonable prices.
The location is close to alot of places that are walking distances. I stayed in the beachfront suite and was ecstatic! The private beach is nice and clean, the service was awesome, and the restaurant inside the resort was decent. I highly recommend coming here to enjoy not only the views but all the benefits it comes with. Can't wait to come back!
The staff, the Bay and beautiful views, Beachfront suite, the cleanliness, variety of options to choose from when looking for things to do. A extra bonus is how close you are to the beach.
Overall a nice resort in a great location. Walking distance from the board walk, restaurants, ocean, shops, and Belmont Park. The conference rooms on the 5th floor have stunning views of the ocean, palm trees and surrounding areas. The staff is friendly and you are less than a mile from Sea World. The hotel itself is clean even though it could use new carpeting throughout. The suites are lovely and have a great view of the harbor. The hotel also has a seal cove with two delightful seals.
My partner and I were actually celebrating not only my birthday, but we decided to combine Valentine's as well, so it was a very special weekend for us both. Now, regarding the resort itself, I actually have no complaints. It was a beautiful place, and I sure hope to be back one day. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, great restaurants on site, and there was a great view from our room. However, there were two situations that occurred during the stay that truly upset us. The first was my partner, and I were showering when out of nowhere there were loud banging noises at our door, not knocks, it was loud, and it went on for a while. My lady got scared, and we weren't sure what was going on, so we stayed in shock for a while and turned off the water, all while the banging at our door continued. We also had a do not disturb sign at our door, so by the time I got out of the shower and reached the door, there was no one there. I did notify the front desk about the situation, but they never got back to me. Maybe it was a prank from some kids or house cleaning? The other situation was that we were heading out to have dinner, and as soon as we walked out, there was a white Audi SUV blocking us. We could not get in or out of our own room, and I am even surprised how the owner of the vehicle got out themselves because there was no room whatsoever. My lady was wearing a dress with sandals so she could jump over or do anything. The front desk was also notified, and I believe they notified security so they can find out who the owner was, but it is a bit frustrating having to wait for that because we had a reservation and did not want to lose it. It was an inconvenience not being able to walk in or out of our room because we were basically trapped in there.
