Caminando llegas a Belmont Park
I requested a specific sink configuration, and not only was our request accommodated, we were also given a recently renovated room that was much larger than expected. We had a great view of the public beach in the towers. While the rooms are a little dated, the staff were great. We only tried the breakfast "airstream" option, which was delicious but very high-priced. The Bahia is a great option if you want to walk to Belmont Park, Mission Beach or many neighborhood restaurants.
Rooms and common spaces were a little dated. Food at the restaurants and sundries at the store were on the high side, even for the area.
Good location, friendly staff, provided necessities when asked
Parking was hit or miss, and the direction of traffic is misleading.
Great location, family friendly and great staff.
There’s a public street and parking along side of the hotel residences. Gets loud and questionable activity from the vans, cars, trucks,,dogs etc
Good staff sorting problems although did not ask why we checked out early
Smelly tired room, dirty bed sheets, noisy air.con, so soundproof to next door, no privacy out of window, way too expensive.
This was a nice family-friendly hotel. It was fairly quiet, except that our room backed onto a public park There was a nice pool and hot tub, and plenty of facilities, but away from the main area, the place had a motel vibe. Staff was kind and attentive. We had a minor maintenance issue, and the maintenance man was at our room within 5 minutes of our text request. Appreciated having a bathtub in the bathroom, but the toilet was very low to the ground. Would stay here again. The location, near the beach walk and just across the street from the ocean, was extremely convenient. Outside grounds (landscaping, bushes, flowers) were quite lovely. We really liked the hotel for breakfast.
Parking lot was narrow and hard to navigate at times. Noise was occasionally an issue.
Within walking distance to Mission Beach. Room was very clean, and the staff members were all very helpful!
The coffee/breakfast area was cute but very slow service.
Fantastic location, on site restaurants were amazing and were very accommodating of me being Coeliac which was hugely appreciated. Beautiful clean beach and pool area. Majority of staff were super helpful and friendly and great with our kids when they completed the scavenger hunt.
Only 1 minor issue with 1 member of staff, unfortunately didn’t get his name but upon arrival there were a number of cars parked under the outside canopy whilst checking in. I jumped out the car whilst my husband waited and a member of staff told him he couldn’t park there, he asked where he could go and was told ‘not here’ and was left to figure it out. Why not just point him in the right direction and why were we singled out when other cars were there too? Very strange and not reflective of our overall experience as this hotel is lovely and the rest of the staff were incredible.
