Mostly irritated but was forced to deal with it.
Pros:

Was a decent property it was in a great location.

Cons:

The bugs that took over our room and we had to switch rooms late at night also on top of that my wife is pregnant and moving everything to another room at 9pm with 2, 4 year olds who were already sleeping was definitely inconvenient. Definitely would have loved some kind of of compensation or an extra night stay… don’t have any photos of the bugs that infested our room but I do have videos and would love to send them in. I wouldn’t recommend staying here to family or friends.

Good location, needs updates
Pros:

The resort is in walking distance to Belmont Park which was nice. The restaurant staff was very kind.

Cons:

The rooms are outdated and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Someone tried opening our sliding door in the middle of the night, which scared my kids and I don't believe security ever came.

Cute if you are looking for a tame ocean resort experience for your family and are heavy sleepers. Not for us.
Pros:

The location is nice and the staff are super sweet. There are some restaurants on site and several spots for swimming but not a real “beach” if you are looking for waves.

Cons:

The site is older. Our windows were single pane and the balcony door didn’t fully latch closed. We were there July 2nd and none of us could sleep because of all of the fireworks going off literally ALL night. Like 2 am still some idiot out there. Sirens, people on the beach, cars going by . . . You name it we could hear it.

What's not to like? We had a room on the beach. Lots of restaurants on site. Great room service.

Fint läge nära vattnet. Nära till matställen och bad. Fint poolområde och tennisbana.

Cons:

Lite liv och rörelse på parkeringen utanför. Sopbilen kom mellan 7-8 varje morgon och tömde sopor precis utanför vårt rum. Grinden ut från området gnisslade varje gång den öppnades. Störd nattsömn helt enkelt. Hade också kanske trott att det skulle finnas lite mer husgeråd i och med att det fanns ett pentry på rummet. Allt som fanns var två dricksglas och två koppar.

A reasonably priced resort in a great location. A great room and very friendly staff. We’ll be back!
Pros:

Great location with the bay adjacent to the property, and also a five minute walk to the ocean. Our room was spacious, clean, well appointed, and comfortable. The option of the little Winnebago food truck was also. Great option for breakfast

Cons:

Parking was a bit tight, but there seemed to be enough spots. Folks may have to walk a bit.
