Food, View, room, location, atmosphere
Ottima location, camera fantastica spaziosa,pulita, ben climatizzata , con vista mozzafiato sul fiordo antistante. Così pure i servizi e la disponibilità del personale in sala ristorante. La colazione merita una menzione particolare per la varietà di proposte dolci salate e di bevande, Da questo punto di vista "chapeau". Il prezzo è sicuramente interessante per una struttura di quel tipo.
Migliorerei sicuramente lo spirito con cui i receptionist accolgono i Clienti, aggiungendo un pizzico di cordialità. Siamo stati ricevuti da una ragazzina che pur capendo che l'inglese non era la nostra lingua madre, ci ha trattato con sufficienza al punto di farci quasi irritare. Perplessa perché 2 camere erano state prenotate a mio nome, perplessa perché abbiamo chiesto di pagare le due stanze con un'unica transazione con carta di credito prepagata. A volte l'inesperienza fa strani scherzi .

Good view from the room
The beds were comfy.
I felt the restaurant hostess was racist towards us. We were the first ones for dinner, she gave us a corner table with wide balcony outside which was blocking the fjord view and I requested for a better table with views. She said others are reserved. Later a white couple came in and I heard her saying.. you can sit anywhere. If you can't treat us equal, should not accept our booking.
- The junior suite was not like it was shown in the pictures. But I understand thats possible.
