半年以上前に予約、5日前に宿泊費支払い、当日ホテルに着いたら休業の張り紙　指定の電話すると系列の別ホテルへ　事前メール送ったと言われたが　送付はホテル到着8時間前(飛行中) 酷いやり方！
新しいホテルは旧市街から5km以上離れたホテル　近くにはお店レストランもなく旧市街には市営バスで30分　宿泊費を比較するとエクセルシオールの半分
