Needs improvements
Pros:

Good location for where we needed to go.
Great bus link to Greenwich

Cons:

Communal areas wayyyyy toooo warm, unbearable!
No smoking area, have to go out to the road, photos show a wide front to the hotel but you’re literally on the pavement! False advertisement!
Breakfast time is mayhem.
No smart tv so can’t connect your phone, movies are available to purchase, ridiculous!
Staff did not ask about the stay on check out.

Excellent séjour!
Pros:

La chambre familiale était grande et impeccable. Les petits déjeuners étaient copieux et délicieux, et le personnel très avenant et souriant. La ligne de métro était à 2 minutes à pied, très pratique pour visiter la ville.
Petit plus pour la salle de sport qui a bien plu à mon fils!

Cons:

Rien! Mais si la chambre familiale pouvait avoir 1 lit double et 2 lits simples, ce serait encore mieux!! Et avec des petits bancs pliant pour poser les valises, ce serait parfait!
