4 days London with family
Pros:

Well run hotel, modern and clean. Very friedly staff (thanks to Sharan and team for their attentive service, especially at breakfast when the restaurant can be quite busy). We also liked the neighborhood - lots of good restaurants, very international and still safe, only 1 minute walking distance to the next underground station. Overall great value and a good choice for a family stay.

The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Ben, who was exceptionally helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable.
That said, I expected a bit more for the price. While everything was comfortable and functional, the overall experience felt very similar to staying at an Ibis hotel, which is usually available at a much lower rate. If you're paying the Hilton premium, you naturally expect something that stands out a little more.
Overall, it's a good hotel with great service, but I don't think it offers the best value for money.

Good base for a Lo don visit

Love this place!
Pros:

We have loved our stay here - before and after our 14 day trip with Ex Pat travelers. They chose the hotel, but we will choose it on our next trip to London. The folks at reception are exceptionally kind, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, clean and inviting with displays of artwork, coffee and refrigerator. The breakfasts are buffets of everything from cereals and waffles to fruits, vegetables, sliced meats and cheeses, yogurts, eggs, sausages, mushrooms, bacon and of course choices of coffees and juices. I enjoyed being in the Bangladeshi neighborhood with ethnic restaurants and businesses. I am 78 and traveled with my 11 year old granddaughter- I felt completely safe, unhurried and at ease shopping and eating.
The atmosphere is friendly, welcoming, and offers a leisurely place to enjoy London with family.

Great stay
Pros:

At the time of arrival we were worried about surrounding area. Pathak at the reception was absolute amazing and explain how to make plan for 2 days of visit in london. Clean rooms friendly staff.very well connected to central places to visit most of famous places. Breakfast was bit crowded but overall it was a good stay with a family.
