Da die Zimmer nicht gerade billig waren fand ich es für ein vier Sterne Hotel sehr unflexibel, dass eine Umbuchung kurzf
Pros:

Die Lage war gut, da die U-Bahnstation nur 3 min Fußweg entfernt war! Zimmer war sauber und sehr gut klimatisiert! Bankenviertel und Towerbridge fussläufig erreichbar ( je ca. 15-20 Minuten Fußweg), schöner Frühstücksraum, jedoch sehr laut!

Cons:

Das Viertel in dem das Hotel liegt, war ziemlich laut! Ich hatte versehentlich ein barrierefreies Zimmer gebucht und hätte gerne umgebucht, doch das war trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage nicht möglich! Auch wurde keine Toilettenbürste und -deckel, die bei dieser Zimmer-Kategorie fehlten, nicht aufs Zimmer gebracht. Frühstück gab es nur bis 10 Uhr, punkt 10 Uhr wurde das Licht im Frühstücksraum heruntergedimmt und penetrant abgeräumt! Klimaanlage wurde sobald es etwas kühler war ausgeschalten, so dass der Frühstück/Aufenthaltsraum und die Gänge recht warm wurden!

Best Sleep I've Had in MONTHS!
Pros:

Honestly, everything was absolutely perfect. The room was super clean, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, the water pressure was great, the breakfast buffet was generous, the staff were kind and helpful, and best of all - the air conditioning was working VERY nicely during the London heat wave! All in all, I will go out of my way in the future to stay here again next time I'm in the city.

Cons:

Nothing - the stay was genuinely fantastic, especially at this price point in a big and busy city during a heatwave!

A great place, that easily met all of our needs. Service, rooms and location were a definite thumbs up 👍
Pros:

Everything! Easy walking distance to London Tower, underground, cinema, grocery stores. The staff were friendly and helpful. On checkin they asked our bedding preferences and were able to change and accommodate that. The rooms were really lovely - they were modern, clean and with all the accessories we needed included.

Nothing. Everything was great!
