Pros:

Obrovská spokojenost se vším, slečna na recepci velice laskavá a milá, pomohla i přes mou nedokonalou angličtinu. Pokoj veliký, čistý, pohodlný. Super snídaně. Večer žádný hluk a to jsme bydleli u výtahu ale nic slyšet nebylo. Mohu jen doporučit. Děkujeme se super pobyt.

Great staff
Pros:

Location was where we wanted to be in the heart of Brick Lane.
Manager very accommodating staff were friendly & helpful

Cons:

Breakfast seating is in the reception area needs to be separated.A very crowded area with people & bags constantly.Doors opening constantly with smokers smoke coming in.
Did not want to eat in this area even when Breakfast was included.

Pros:

La camera era pulitissima. Dimensioni ragionevoli, doccia spaziosa. Colazione molto varia, menzione speciale per il bacon, veramente buonissimo. Posizione fantastica, a 30 secondi dalla fermata di Aldgate East.

Cons:

Il materasso era molto morbido. C'era un po' di odore di fogna dentro la stanza.

Pros:

Pokoje są dobrze wyciszone, kotary szczelne, można się dobrze wyspać.
Śniadania są obfite i smaczne. Rodzaj dań codziennie jest ten sam ale wybór na tyle szeroki, że w ciągu 3 dni nie ma szans się znudzić.
Miejsce jest świetnie skomunikowane, stacja metra jest tuż za rogiem.

Misleading customers - imperfect room description
Pros:

Breakfasts were totally fine, large choice.
Location close to Aldgate or Aldgate East underground is also a benefit.

Cons:

We did NOT book a basement room. We booked a room with the city view, as also shown on the listing ad. We got a room with view to the brick wall. Total dissapointment. We found it misleading as it constitutes a deception of customers. Why do you have then same prices for rooms at various floors? And when you try to put an inquiry to the hotel staff politely? They laugh at your face and say you have what you booked.

Minor issue - Breakfast time - One had to be carefull about the timing, we had to wait a bit longer to get a spare table at around 8,30 am.

Overall left with mixed feelings.
